The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great beds and pillows. Room was remodeled and larger than expected. Close to good slection of restaurants and right around the corner from "Pantages Theatre" You need to just "park" on the street to register!! before getting access to parking garage. Made me a bit nervous but it did not really cause any problem. |

King size bed was very comfortable, wireless internet at no charge, not too many floors Antiquated heating/air conditioning system (could not figure out how to turn on the heat), tiny bathroom, plastic glasses (I went out and bought real wine glasses), no drinking water in the room |

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel and the hotel itself. The room was clean and comfortable--it was a very good size. The parking was handy, and all the staff that I interacted with were lovely. The lights in the elevator are a little extreme. Too space ship like! But this is really a very minor complaint. |

The location was good and the room was spacious and the rate was competitive. We filled a complaint form to the hotel about missing stuff. As a matter of principle, we didn't feel that our stuff was safe at the hotel. |

Hotel staff were accommodating despite the confusion over the booking I did not like the booking system as the reservation did not reach the hotel in time for my check in. In addition, when the reservation finally arrived, after my departure, it was in the form of a fax instead of electronic. I find this confusing and inefficient. |

Great location. Very close to shopping and the subway station. Beds too soft/not very comfortable. Shower water pressure was too low. Sink and shower filled up with water. TV system was difficult to use. Hotel clerk did not use correct room rate for my bill, but did correct the problem when I pointed it out to her. |

The price was reasonable and accommodations were clean and comfortable. Located close to the Bloor St. subway station and the Royal Ontario Museum. Nice area to stay when travelling without a car. The heating system was noisey; too loud to keep on at night. Vending machines should be located in a more central public location. |

Central location was advantageous and offered proximity to many stores. Liked that hotel offered a Japanese restaurant onsite, and the staff's willingness to assist with calling cabs, and locating specific stores. Was very disapointed in the room. The wall under the air conditioner was falling apart due to water damage, and pieces were on the floor. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was chipped and pealing. The curtains were torn in one spot. The in-room coffee maker did not work. When my spouse and I returned to our room, which was by an exit to an outdoor patio, at about midnight, there were several people in the hallway all smoking. Was disappointed that we could not use my spouse's aeroplan points card to get points, just because I did not take his name, and we have different last names. |

It has a great location with walking distance to the ROM and other sites such as Yorkville, but is not too expensive. The per day expense of the hotel's underground parking was steep. |

staff very frendly. Forgot my tooth brush & staff were at the door to drop one off for me very quickly. parking appears limited, we got one of the last spots attached to the hotel, not sure what the alternative would have been. |

The receptionist were warm and welcoming. The condition of the room... Very poor. The carpet smellwet and musty, was pretty uncomfortable. I suggest they redo the carpet or throw some hardwood or bamboo flooring in... That would make lots of difference...+ it would be good to have the pop and ice machine on all floors. |

I had a warm welcoming through Magdalena, everybody was kind, friendly and helpful. I could ask whatever I wanted and I got correct answers. The Housekeeping wasn't that efficient. They needed a long time cleaning, cleaned the cups etc with the gloves they need for the bathroom and I had never the feeling that they have cleand away the dust. But friendly and smiling. |
