I loved the fact that there was availability for making tea and coffee downstairs in the lobby
Location perfect for both my business and leisure. Close to Barvolo for beer lovers. Good beds and bedding. Room larger than it needed to be. Decent elevator service. Good value compared to alternatives.
Tiny bathroom suffered from age, some black mold in tub seal, low pressure and hot water.
It is a very noisy hotel. Located near downtown but in a very noisy block. I have to argue with the staff in order to obtain fridge removal (it switch on every hour for 30 minutes apprximately and it make a lot of noise). I can ear all the talk make by my neighboor
Most hotels downtown Toronto does not take Debit visa, but this hotel does and provides good service, complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water anytime at the lobby. Free wi-fi too and the rooms are really nice. Staff are vert helpful. Only 2 mins walk to bloor station.
Very comfortable and clean, staff helpful and good location. Excellent coffee maker and useful to have a fridge in the room.
Bathroom rather small and loo very low.
1. Great Location! Two minutes walk from Yonge/Bloor Station. 2. Within walking distance from many attractions, restaurants, shopping etc. 2. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby (Yonge str.) 3. Spacy, comfortable rooms. 4. Free internet station in the lobby.
This was our second stay and we really like the hotel because its close to the subway and also opposite an excellent breakfast place. Its not new but all turned out well. The front desk staff.were very helpful.
wifi worked fine. quite well located
rooms and hotel in general are in need of renovation. bad room service. poor price-performance ratio.
The location is pretty good, walking distance to many shopping and close to double deck tour bus station #4. The room is good size, but they need to update the bathroom and rearrange the furniture to make the space more efficient and appealing.
Parking... My receipt from bookings.com Shows parking amount but they told me they never charge us and want us go across street to park at public parking...it's very confusing and frustrated.
Free wifi Comfortable bed Friendly staff
Fire alarm went off and not a single staff member spoke to us and told us what was going on or when we could go back inside our room. Fridge was requested. I did not receive a fridge because I was not told it was a first come first serve basis. Very disappointing.
Not very clean and mold in bathroom and no fan. Bed skirt was rotten looked like throw up on it.
enjoyed the staff , the view and the Location would stay again next time I was in town
I enjoyed my 3 day stay close to family at U of T. The room was clean and comfotable. The front desk staff were very helpful.Thank you. I will come again.
Very costly for the quality of facility offered
Good Location. Close to Subway station and Yonge St.
Location and cleanliness.Bed was nice
Carpet on floor was rather dirty, fan in bathroom did not seem to work.
Parking is so tight Old AC No ventilation in bath room(707) Slow draining in bath tub Bath room smelt musty after bath
Walking distance to many places
Parking was expensive
very close to everything: shopping, movie theatres, banks, subway etc.
nice place...clean...great location...2 or three restaurants just outside the door....it was pride weekend so probably a little noisier but nothing that was that disturbing...would recommend and stay here again.....
the fire alarm at 7m...not the hotels fault...it was fun watching who falls out the door at that time of the morning....
Location is near to subway and bus stop. Our 2 queen beds room is quite big. Many choice of restaurants around the area.
The computer at the lobby was super slow in speed, it's took us about an hour just to do the Web check in for 2 persons, & print the boarding pass. Even though the WiFi speed was quite ok if we just used our laptop. They should consider to get it replaced.
Location and staff all first class Wi fi ok but had to repeatedly get new access codes sometimes twice a day however it was free
The location is ideal for downtown access. Easy to get to via TTC. The front desk happily kept our bags safe upon check out while we finished our activities in the early afternoon.
The fire alarm at 7 AM was annoying but that was not the fault of the hotel itself but some resident playing a prank.
Very comfortable beds. Room was quite spacious. Hotel is a bit 'tired' but quite good value for downtown accommodation.
No fridge in room. An electric kettle would be good so guests could have a cup of tea in the room. Getting hot water through the coffee maker in the room doesn't work as the water always tastes like coffee! There was hot water and tea available in the lobby however.
