Close to metro and shopping areas, super comfy bed with pillow choice.
Staff was friendly and helping out with any questions hosts asked, Mr Joey and Mr Igor were exremely kind and always helpful, Location is great, just few walks to the ROM and to Bloor St, the exclusive via for designer shopping. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast's quality wasn't good
Location - easy access to Downtown/ subway. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Very spacious room. Iron and ironing board.
Location Room size View Comfortable bed Quiet
Renovations meant: 1) with no warning, the parking lot was not available the first night and the management had not made alternative arrangements for their guests. We were forced to park across the street at a much more expensive facility. 2) The ice machine wasn't working and we had to go to the restaurant next door. The very small bathroom counter constantly dripped water onto the floor. No refrigerator.
Location near the subway plus the comfort and cleanliness of the room made this hotel the perfect choice for business travelers that need to watch their budget.
Consider a non slip bathmat for the bathtub to prevent falls when showering.
Breakfast wasn't included with the online deal
-good beds -kind staff
-No working ice machine -no pool/lounge area
Location.they gave me top floor.it's amazed.
Bad wifi connection
Good location Easy to subway and main streets
Room was dirty -all mirrors had stains -bathroom tub and walls were stained with dirt -front desk had temporary repairs attached by green painter's tape..they did claim to be renovating but I did not see workers for the length of my 3 day stay
Location is perfect only 2 minutes walk to Church Street (Gay Village) & a minitue walk to busy shopping street Yonge Street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I would go back Comfort Hotel again.
The location i.e. proximity to subway and shops
The street was under construction and a mucky mess - access in and out of the hotel was poor and I had a cement mixer pouring concrete below my window at 11:15 p.m. Even with the heat off and windows open, the room was too hot and I did not consider the hotel justified in using 99 newly renovated rooms in their marketing material!! I realize it was only a three star so I know now that I need to bump up to a four star in future.
Location. Room was very clean but a bit hot and rad heat could not be turned down
No fridge or microwave in the room
Easy access to the subway for both North-south and east-West travel
Awkward approach by car, one-way street( Charles St.E.), must come in via Church St. Currently( how long?) a mess roadway under construction, much equipment and traffic making approach by car difficult
location：near the subway
Close to great restaurants and Royal Ontario Museum. View from my room were awesome!
Everything was good!
The room was spacious and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows.
The small bathroom didn't bother us. The vending machine on the first floor didn't work but we could buy water across the street for less money anyway.
Location in Toronto downtown close to the subway. Free wifi with high speed.
The day we arrived, the water supply was shut down from 9:00am to 5:00pm without previous notice to us. The said it's due to city construction in the area.
The staff were great and the room was clean.
big room,and clean
small bath room, view was not so nice closed cuten so people in other building could not see in
Location, staff ,quiet room.
I like everything. The view was to die for
Everything was super
Can't beat the location -- next to subway at Yonge and Bloor. Bloor is the de luxe shopping area, Yonge offers cheap eats, discount stores and much more. Terrific price for a clean and comfortable room.
It's a small, mid-level hotel -- don't expect luxury or lots of services and don't mind some chipped paint and a little wear on the carpet.
Staff and facility was great and very accommodating
