Right on subway - so besides being handy to so much within a few blocks - the rest of the city is easy to get to! Also - being 2 blocks from Hertz and Avis under "the Bay" was perfect for me! Only there one night - so not enough time to find dislikes! No mini fridge in room would have been a problem if I was there longer!

Staff was very accommodating; as we arrived a bit early & they stored our luggage until the room was ready. That was very kind of them. The staff that cleaned the room was also very professional and did an excellent job. Air conditioner was not turned on before we checked in...HOT! In room upon arrival. Took awhile to cool the room down did not enjoy the attached restaurant..very expensive for what was available for breakfast. the continental breakfast was not adequate and overpriced for what was offered. staff was good, though.

The staff at reception on the day we arrived was very friendly. He was the only one to be so described.The others were very cold. I like the brand and stay with them in the uk and usa. The Toronto Brand of choice is not as good Stayed in room 702 for 8nights. The cooling system was very noisy and erratic. I left a bottle of water by my door and went down to re cut my key, by the time I got back in 5 mins it was gone. I was too horified to make a report

location price office staff very helpful cleaning person did not vacuum floor left Kleenex on floor the worst problem was that the rug was so dirty that it blackened my socks the slippers my wife wore and it transferred into my running shoes we have never seen such dirt on a hotels rugs in all are years of travel the room # IS 806

Complementary copies of the <National Post>, complementary access to a computer to check electronic mail, and complementary printing of e-mail documents which I had received. Perhaps most of all, a very comfortable bed!

We had never stayed there before..and I wish we would have ,its so nice ..close to down town and we loved that we were not far from hospital..as I had to go back the next day for surgery.. We want to all the floors that had pop machine..not one had water bottle in then .This is on a week day,they need to keep machine filled.To late for me to run around to find water.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with a great location (right near the Yonge/Bloor subway station and close to Downtown Toronto). Quick, free WiFi in the whole building. Fridge, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee - decaff and regular), and microwave in the room. Eco friendly too :) Housekeeping would occasionally knock at 8.30am which is far too early (but this only happened twice, so can't really complain)

Loved the chair, mini fridge, and the microwave was a huge bonus. Staff at check in was very nice. The a/c unit blows directly on you on bed, I caught a cold. The bed was very uncomfortable, old & lumpy. The pillows were tiny and flat.
