i felt okay,clean and appropraite for family of three..reasonable...kep it up. all i can say is ...i guess it served me satisfactorily. I assumed it was 1 0r 2 star hotel,i don't know what it was,anyways....i suppose it was a motel with no stars as such? correct....no answer required... |

The service from the front desk staff was superb.Nothing was a problem at anytime. The convenience of free airport shuttle around the clock was our reason for choosing this hotel.The continental breakfast was a bonus with many selections to satisfy most anyone. |

Everything was nice. Rooms were very clean. We loved the breakfast so over all everything was good. In the bath tub the water did not drian properly it kept on getting stuck. |

The availability of staff to give us directions in the city. We had no idea of where to find what, as we were arriving from EUrope. And they were great. I nominated one staff number for exceptionnal service |

Nice staff. Breakfast was good every morning.. wish they change the breakfast menu for few days.. its same menu everyday with cold boilded eggs.. which is boring if u r staying for more than 2-3 days.. besides that no problem. the noise from water pipes from next door, if the next guest use their toilet.. i think it was because the hotel was old and walls are really thin. |

This hotel is close to the airport and is a good place to stay when a person must be at the airport early in the morning to take a flight. The alarm clock in our room was impossible to set. The alarm clock in the vacant room next to ours started buzzing at 4 o'clock and woke us all up. We had to get the front desk to go turn it off. |

Convenient to airport, major road infrastructures and areas I needed to access. Room was of reasonable size in which to work. Somewhat noisy but due to close proximity to airport and active runways understandable. Very small choice of items at breakfast buffet and small area for this. |

Quick easy check in The fact that all the breakfast food was totally cleared away by 2 min after supposed time. And the desk staff was so condescending and rude about it. |

Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent. Room was spotless and spacious and comfortable. Large bath tub, hairdryer, iron and board. Staff very friendly. Breakast was excellent with bagels, muffins, cereals, eggs, juice, coffee etc. self service which you take back to your room. |

hotel ouvert 24/24 situee pret de l aeroport . pas d ascenseur pour se rendre dans les chambres il faut donc porter les valises.clim extremement bruillante .pas de table pour le petit dejeuner il faut dejeuner debout ! .les clients de l hotel sont bruillant et le personnel s ent fou ! |
