I liked the value and the location. We found the hotel to be very adequate. We just wished the breakfast was served until a bit later on week days.

I liked the place because of its location and good amenities such as parking. Hotel staff were very good, helpful and courteous. Only negative I've notice is the noise coming from the a/c but was able to tolerate it in my case, but might be not to others.

We only book into Comfort Inns, have done so now for the past 15 years - we always get good service and friendly people to deal with. The only thing that was a bit scary was: when I presented myself the reception clerk didn't seem to find my name in her computer database. I had the printed copy of our confirmation which was sent to me & presented latter - a room was then made available. I just wonder if I hadn't had the paper trail if we would have had a room since this location was very busy over long weekend.

I had a bad experience in the hotel, because they did not clean my room very well, my beds were not done, carpet was not vacuum, dirty towells were left on the batroom, and when I complain they said it was nothing they can do, the next day they said the beds were not done, because it was stuff on it, which I am 150 % sure it was nothing on it.

Not very well prepared for breakfast. The hotel was full and the staff did not plan for this. They ran out of food at 9.15am!, very badly layed out, only one person trying to manage this whole thing. Knowing that they were full this should have been managed better....more food on hand and extra help!

Facilities in the room such as blowdryer, iron/ironing board. Check in time and check out time very good.Thank you. Only drawback is that it was close to the back entrance stairway and I could here the door opening and closing.

Price was right, room was comfortable.Staff were pleasant. Four adults, two men two women were booked in the room next to us, they weren't there for anything but a few hours of fun. They were loud, and went on most the night.We were booked for two nights and the first night had a good sleep, the second night we were up most the night due to the ignorance of the two very loud ignorant couples. I know this was not the hotels fault, but 4 adults in one room? Somethings gonna give and it wasn't sleep, so we paid the price.

La tranquilité des lieux J'ai trouvé que le déjeuner de type Continental manquait sérieusement de fruits (un panier de pommes vertes seulement) et que l'espace réservé à cette fin était plutôt restreint. C'était bien mais sans plus.

Situation géographique appropriée pour notre route du Canada au Vermont. Accessibilité malgré signalétique faible dans cette large avenue. Proximité de restaurants. Absence d'ascenseur pour le niveau 2 quand on a de lourdes valises; d'où nécessité de prendre une chambre plus cher en rdc. Salle a manger étriquée et peu conviviale avec choix réduit au pdj

Chambre fonctionnelle et spacieuse; proximité accès Montréal en voiture ou transport public; nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité Lors de la 2em nuit un orage a causé une coupure d'électricité de plus de 12h; même si l'hôtel n'est pas responsable aucun dédommagement ou ni excuse n'ont été proposés (service petit déjeuner très réduit pas de café par ex. Alors que la coupure a eu lieu la veille au soir !)
