It was easy to find, on a main street, and a tiny bit less expensive than Westin. Its amenities are a bit run down. |

Location - very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very ordinary and very limited. Dining area not very welcoming. Room, TV, bed, etc. needs upgrading. |

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was generous. I especially liked the fact that they took the trouble to serve hard-boiled eggs, in the midst of the cereal, toast, juice, and bagels. The croissants on Sunday were a treat. Two small things: a bottle of water sat on the table along with bags of both decaf and regular coffee. I read the first sentence of the notice by the water (that it was placed there for our service) but neglected to read the rest (which stated that I would be charged $2.99 if I consumed the water. I would never have opened it had I known it was so expensive. Also, I made about a 5-6 minute long distance call from to Syracuse, NY, and was charged over $9.00 for it. Way too expensive. |

La proximité des lieux, nous sommes au coeur de tout. Facilité d'accès, très bien identifié. Effectivement, nous étions en visite à Brossard pour magasiner. Le dimanche matin nous n'avions pas d'électricité...pas de possibilité pour se faire sécher les cheveux (nous étions 2 filles), pas de t.v....bref pas rien! Lorsque nous avons demandé au personnel ce qui se passait et pour combien de temps la durée de la panne...la réponse fut brève et précise...aucun dédommagement, aucune solution...Malheureusement, cet inconvénient à changer notre plaisir à aller magasiner... |

Vu les grandes chaleur, j'ai apprecier le fait que la chambre soit froide a notre arrivée car nous avions tres chaud. Tout ce qu'il manque c'est une piscine car avec 3 enfants c'est tres apprecié. |

Hotel facilement accessible situé près des voies importantes de circulation. Très proche du quartier Dix-30. Petit déjeuner inclus ( pain, céréales, café) assez basique mais correct. L'hotel accepte les petits chiens, ce qui fut pratique pour nous. Amélioration suggérée de la salle à déjeuner: Installée dans une ancienne chambre, c'est un peu petit. |

Le bruit et le dérangement durant la nuit. Malgré les plaintes, le personnel de l'hôtel n'a rien fait. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas dormi. Il est de leur responsabilité de faire régner l'ordre dans leur hôtel. |

D'abord, ça ne sentait pas la cigarette, ça sentait bon. La salle de biain était bien aménagée et agréable à utiliser.Les oreillers étaient particulièrement confortables et bien moelleuses. La petite cafetière dans la chambre + la possibilité d'apporter notre plateau du déjeuner. L'espace pour se servir, un peu restreint... Manquait de fruits...Dans l'ensemble quand même acceptable... |
