The carpeting was disgusting espically in the halls! Needs to be replaced. Also the gentleman who was at the desk was extremely nice & friendly but had very offensive body odor. Perhaps he was unaware but needs to know. We liked the location and attention. Thanks

Our stay was brief but it was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. The location allowed easy access to restaurants and tourist sites.

The beds were comfortable. We were granted early check-in with no extra fees. There comforter was dirty. There was dried vomit on the carpet. The bathroom sink did not drain. The staff was less than helpful on more than one occasion.

The staff was friendly and most helpful and the hotel was in close proximity to Toronto by train. The cleaning staff could have done a little more in the hallways and stairways. There was no elevator.

Good price. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Very slow check in. A large group arrived and only one staff member was on reception. Night time noise was a problem. Available breakfast was mostly high carb items. More selection is definitley needed.

The bed was very comfortable. Rooms should have a digital thermostat...couldn't get the temp right, either too hot or too cold.

Staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast was not laid out in a proper manner. They had no pepper and other basic elements of a continental breakfast

We were travelling and needed a place to stay. It suited our needs. Space was a little cramped. All we wanted was a clean comfortable space to stay at a good price. I found it a little over priced. I would only recommend to someone who could not find a less expensive place.

L' hotel laissait à désirer, n'était pas plus propre qu'il faut, dans la chambre de mes amis , les serviettes n'ont pas été changés, le cabaret pas récupérer.La propreté laissait à désirer.Choix pour le déjeuner très mince et fruits pas tres frais.
