The bathroom was very modern and had a gorgeous set up. The MORNING staff was awesome Over priced. Rough towels, poor water pressure, tv so low it was blocked by our feet! The night staff that checked us in we're. Super rude! Had to put down a 250$ deposit!

Quick check in. Convenience to highways. Breakfast - attendant was outside smoking with staff while there was no coffee. also hot food was 'hidden' and if you didn't know to ask, no way to know.

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I was disappointed to learn, upon our arrival, that by ordering on line we were not able to use our CAA membership to receive a discount in the price of the room, as we had booked on line. Had we phoned the hotel directly we would have been able to save a considerable amount on the price of the room. I would have though by using the online booking we saved everyone a lot of time and in my mind there is no reason the CAA discount should not have been taken into account when registering at the hotel. I, in all probability will not use booking on line again but will call directly to the hotel where we wish to stay.

We checked in late, staff was helpful and personable. The room was clean and quiet. My pets were welcomed. Overall this was a great experience for a one night stop over.

We had a great room with two queen beds in two rooms. Also it was ground floor and we appreciated that. Loved that it was pet friendly. The bed in the main room was not comfortable for two. Sagged in middle. When we both slept in separate beds we slept well.

Dogs are allowed - it was quiet and even tho we were on the ground level next to the parking, we were not disturbed by cars arriving or leaving. Reception staff are friendly and the free breakfast was good. When we arrived in our room, the chair, both bins, the ironing board and the fold up suitcase holder were all on the bed. The furniture in the room is a bit shabby especially the couch but other than that everything else was fine.
