Good hotel for our needs, which were for a one night stopover. Friendly helpful front desk staff on booking in and room was clean and smart. Near to shopping mall and food outlets.

The motel is close to Chilliwack Heritage Park where we attended the Chilliwack Bluegrass Festival. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate which allowed us to save a bit on expenses. On the downside there is no breakfast room so we had to carry our food upstairs, as there is no elevator. This makes it difficult for persons who are not steady on their feet. However, that aside, we feel it was adequate for our needs, and was within our budget. Lack of a dedicated space to enjoy breakfast was the only issue.

Room was attractive, comfortable and clean, well-stocked; however a little cramped for 2 adults and 3 children; one person had to sleep on the floor; no cots available. Great breakfast. It was a little awkward to climb stairs carrying breakfast tray up to room. Air conditioner was a little noisy especially during the night.

Good location in Chilliwack. Comfortabloe bed. Good shower. No closet. Although free internet in hotel, there is a charge for using the lobby computer. Cleaning staff noisy in hall in morning. Cleaning staff leave all their equipment & supplies in hallway & customers have to stumble around it all.

A clean and comfortable room with everthing in working order, shower, lights etc.Very generous free breakfast. Easy Parking and close to a wide variety of restaurants. I chose Ric's Grill and enjoyed it. Bit skimpy on the towells. Forgetting to look up and read the "watch your step" sign by the back door. Hard to blame anyone but me for that.

De kamers in Comfort Inn waren goed, behoorlijk geluiddicht, het complex ligt pal naast de snelweg, maar van overlast door geluid was geen sprake. Het personeel was zakelijk beleefd. De faciliteit voor ontbijt was onder het vriespunt, staande receptie voor de gasten, in de lobby kun je een dienblad met voer opladen en terplekke oppeuzelen of naar je kamer meenemen. Buitengewoon klantonvriendelijk.
