Convenient location friendly staff

Our room smelled like cat pee The checkin clerk held my credit card in his hand under the counter while he filled out our registration. This is a red flag to me especially while he talks to someone on the phone telling him he has many people waiting to check-in

Location, location, location and that dogs are allowed.

It would have been nice after a day of travelling to not have to get back in our car and find something to eat.

Room was overpriced, we thought we were booking directly with Comfort Inn and were re-directed to Booking.com without our knowledge. We were not impressed! Bed was ancient and uncomfortable and caused back discomfort for both of us until well into the next day, We will not stay there again!

The lack of an elevator was a problem for my wife who is scheduled to have a knee replacement.

The room only had one set of towels for 2 people When we notified staff they brought one bath towel only...no washcloth or hand towel We weren't impressed with that. We also weren't a big fan of climbing stairs with our luggage...thankfully we had a co-traveller who offered to carry our things We asked for a room on the lower floor, but were told none available

Not very impressed with the "breakfast" room. Not very big, seemed very cramped. We really did not want to have to sit with people we did not know in such close proximity. It's early in the morning and we did not wish to feel uncomfortable and forced to eat in such close quarters. Not impressed at all with this breakfast facility. We chose to not eat there and went to Tim's for our breakfast. On our next trip we are going to look at staying at the Best Western just behind the Comfort Inn. They are a little more money, but their breakfast area is much nicer and larger. Probably worth the extra few dollars so we do not have to go out for our breakfast. It also looks a lot nicer when you go in the front door - a whole lot more spacious and welcoming. Also, I prefer a hotel that has an elevator so we do not have to lug our luggage up and down stairs.....that did not impress us at all. 2 strikes against the Comfort Inn. Most likely will not stay there again.

The Comfort Inn in Edmunstun is ideally located for travelers. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The washrooms are clean. The staff appointed to the breakfast area is pleasant, welcoming and assures you get what you need.

The breakfast room is too small and dirty. We were told there are no queen size beds, disappointing. We stayed at this hotel on our way to and from the maritimes. One room had an old and noisy a/c, the other a newer, quieter one.

Salle à manger insuffisante pour le petit déjeuner. Celui-ci était inclus dans le prix mais nous n'avons pas pu le prendre sur place par la capacité de la salle insuffisante.

J'ai eu connaissance qu'un groupe en moto soit arrivé vers les 18 heures et que l'hôtel était complet et que la personne a prit la peine de téléphoné à un autre hôtel et leur a trouvé une place ou dormir. C'est ce que j'appelle du très bon service. Bravo!

trop de monde dans la salle du petit déjeuner et pas assez de place pour manger! on a dû manger dans la chambre.

Salle déjeuner continental trop petite

Situation ideale sur la route. Notre chambre refaite, propre, calme. Accueil bilingue mais peu formé semble-T-il.

Pas de service en chambre possible si arrivÉE tardive (restauration), dommage pdt l'été faire payer la bouteille D'eau!!!! soit L'offrir soit la mettre en distributeur.

Déjeûner minimal.

Le lit était confortable. Le personnel accueillant.

Le petit déjeuner, il manquant de certain produit, salle trop petite aussi. L'air climatisée vraiment trop bruyante.

It was easy to book a room at booking.com. I requested a baby cot as we had a newborn with us. The continental breakfast was good. I will stay there again.All was good.

Très près de l'autoroute, très propre. Excellent service.

L'unité de chauffage/climatisation coulait sur le tapis, mais on a demandé une autre chambre et on l'a obtenue immédiatement. Aussi, on aurait aimé pouvoir connecter notre portable sur l'écran plat pour partager une présentation avant une réunion, mais la connexion HDMI était désactivée.

The location from the highway was excellent and the staff were very polite. The beds and pillows were super comfy as well. The room that they had for breakfast in the morning was a little bigger than the ones that I have been at in the past.
