The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful

Staff seemed friendly, didnt have to spend an hour checking in

First room they sent me to was dirty, clothes on floor, toothbrush, etc. not sure why they told me the room was vacant for awhile. Pretty gross really, then the second room they sent me too was a handicapped capable room, with one bed, If you sat on the edge of bed it came off the ground...tv was 10 feet from bed and small...

It was a place to stay, the room could use some new carpet.

Second time we've stayed here. We find it comfortable and the desk staff are accomodating and freindly.

We did notice that the cleaning staff are either new since our last trip or overworked. Bed got made and trash emptied but the bathroom was definitely not cleaned during our four nights. The other thing that irks us is the breakfast which is billed as "Deluxe Continental". It was definitely not deluxe during our first stay last year and was even less so this time. One toaster to service several dozen guests when the best thing there is toast and toaster waffles (no not fresh) is completely insufficient. Then the usual muffins, pastry and cereal. Fisrt day we had hard boiled eggs. Last day no eggs and the juice machine was out of order. Pitchers of juice instead?? Nope, just a sign, sorry for the inconvenience. They're sorry. Sorry and a toonie will get me a bottle of juice at the Petrocan across the street. We've stayed at hotels in the same price range where breakfast included bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, real waffle machines, fresh fruit (not dried up shrivelled oranges starting to turn black) boiled and scrambled eggs in addition to the meager fair offered here. We'll still stay here but at 149 bucks a night for a 79 dollar room when you say deluxe breakfast you need to deiver deluxe. And don't tell us you're sorry, Show us you're sorry. It's called customer serivice.

We liked the location for our family reunion which was held at Peachland. We get together every 3 or 4 years. We Americans are not use to spending that much for hotel rooms but that is the way it is. People say that when you go to bc, it means bring cash. Thanks.

Breakfast was included. Free parking free use of computer

Staff was very unfriendly. Location was far from city center about $24 cab each way. Stains on the room carpet. Over charged us for the room. Downgraded us to room without fridge, when they said they "upgraded us." Wi-fi connection was very weak.

It was family and pet friendly, easy to find and the room with kitchen was great.

I used booking.com, left all the info such as 1 baby, 1 small dog. Booked 2 beds, however once I called the day of to confirm I was told it would only be 1 bed. I said I would need 2, the man said I should have said that on my booking...again I said I had then he confirmed "I was right". He was not very friendly and upon arrival I met him and he was for one stinky..and for 2 again blamed me for not booking correctly because he didn't know about the dog so they did not have a room available for me. I explained again that I put in on the booking info and he was very frustrated because all the pet rooms were taken. He then called around to many hotels looking for a place to put us. It was late, we had driven a long time. It would have been nice just to get into our room. Finally they allowed the dog.

The rooms were spacious

The female at the front desk was very rude. Was not kind to customers and never even showed a smile on her face. She couldn't even point us to our room and left us wondering around trying to find it.

The hotel rooms were very sizeable, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful
