The free breakfast
Poor front desk staff and house keeping.
from the time I checked in this location was extremely Comfy and cozy - staff was friendly and helpful.
It was close to the hospital and eye clinic. A variety of restaurants and stores were nearby. It was a convenient location for us. It was also quiet.
Some alarm was ringing in the middle of night for some technical reasons and it took hours they could shut down. WIFI was disconnecting all the time.
The staff was extremely accommodating and the bed were SUPER comfortable. The breakfast was good and just plain cozy. Just right for our quick weekend stay.
Comfortable and clean bed Breakfast
Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke in entrance and hallways They charged a 25.00 fee for early check-in even though hotel was mostly unoccupied.they wanted to charge fifty dollars. Carpets in room in need of cleaning.
Big rooms, clean, good area, friendly staff, breakfast is great for continental, coffee awesome, fresh waffle machine to use is fab. Fridge, microwave, iron, lounge area etc.
Room smelt a bit fusty like it needed airing out or a carpet n appolstry cleaning.
Needs more updating.
The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value in a high market area. Close to many amenities.
The hallway reeked of cigarettes and marihuana. Disgusting.
Helpful and polite staff who fulfilled patrons' requests quickly.
Limited breakfast menu. First room we were booked in had poor drainage in bathtub
No thing is good
Very bad, dirty and ugly the staff always upset, breakfast room very small dirty and poor food ! Even the rate of monye very hight ! Very bad hotel i was cancelled the remaning days in the ugly hotel
easy check in & check out.
no kettle, only a coffee maker in the room. No slippers too.
it's very bad... old. way too expensive .. it felt like those hourly rent inns.. I would never go there again.
-The location was ideal for me - easy access to 401 & Pearson Int., and the area I was visiting in Mississauga. - the staff in the breakfast room were pleasant and helpful. - the bed was comfortable. -bathroom was clean -check in & out very quick. - parking convenient. - generally quiet ( if you have a room facing away from Erin Mills Pkway.)
- The room, while listed as non-smoking, had clearly formerly been smoking & the "sanitizing" process left an unpleasant odor in the room. - Room badly in need of repairs/ renovating. Two large burns in carpet, carpet stained and in need of replacement. - most of the lights did not work. - the last night of my stay I returned near midnight to find the room still un-made.
The staff were friendly, courteous and polite.
The a/c unit in the room was VERY noisy when it came on-so loud it woke me up each time. If you were leaving at check out time no continental breakfast was available and no restaurants around to offer a brunch were advertised(that I could see).
the cost of the airport shuttle
The hot breakfast needs to be improved. the scrambled eggs are way over cooked and the sausage rounds are not too tasty. properly cooked eggs and a better meat selection would improve the breakfast greatly.
I'm not sure if the fridge and microwave I requested was already in the room or not but it was nice to have that request filled. And the breakfast was nice to come down to each morning.
Some room service would have been nice. Also, a little more variety in the hot breakfast other than the same eggs, sausage, and waffle would have been nice; but I understand the economics of it.
I was travelling alone and the front desk man came to my car and carried my bags to the second floor. My room was a surprise as I have stayed there several times before. This room had been completely renovated and it was very well done! Judy, Ottawa, Canada

Scent of the room
Great value, close to the conference center I needed to be at, helpful staff, clean, and cheerful. Work out room was very small but other than that no complaints.
Work out room very small
There are no electric plugs in the room that are no already used. Every plug has 2 things plugged in, there are only a couple anyway and they are not easy to reach. To charge a phone means on the knees or trying to move the fridge or TV credenza. very inconvenient - most people need to charge something over night
