I liked that there was a desk in the room and free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast

No later check out option. Staff weren't very willing to accommodate my request for a late check out. Breakfast was horrible

Floor level access to vehicle, quiet good for sleeping, internet was fee and fast. Staff was courteous

Requested light bulb which exploded changed 3 times and it did not get done until we left. Waffle machine was a little tricky. Would have liked more variety in teas. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber.

Conveniently located

On my second night at the motel my toilet overflowed like a geyser. A large air bubble came up out of the toilet and water started spilling everywhere. I threw all my towels on the floor to stop the water (fortunately it was just clear water that came up) from running out onto the carpet. When I asked the front desk clerk if they had someone who could come with a plunger she had no one. She then asked if I would help her look for a plunger. With no other option I did, she then proceeded to go back to the front desk as there was another customer there. I plunged the toilet myself and then went to ask her where she wanted the wet towels. &Quot;oh, just throw them in the tub", no you don't understand. I would like to be able to use the shower in the morning and have clean towels. Where do you want the wet ones put?...'crickets are louder'...no answer. I put a note including my room number and the number of towels with the wet towels on a maid's cart in the storage room with the plunger. I then went back to the front desk for clean towels. Apparently you can only have the number of towels the maid leaves in your room in the morning. So I was told I could not have any. After a few minutes of discussion the desk clerk did condescend to giving me 2 bath towels and said the rest of the towels were all locked up because the maids have their own keys because they are responsible for not losing any towels. Whatever. I did find the rooms tidy however not 'clean' by most standards. They certainly do not vacuum the rooms daily. The breakfast is what you would expect for a continental however you must eat it in the 'diningroom' and are not allowed to take it back to your room. I would have switched hotels but I had paid in advance thru Booking.com and there were no refunds.

It was clean, reasonably priced, free internet, had a very nice breakfast and had everything I needed

Bulb on the floor lamp did not work

One of the stuff was in the breakfast area steering at us as he was counting family number we asked for fridge wasn't there and for extra blanket also no one bother to ask

I was very happy to see you had a fridge and microwave. I loved the omfortable king sized bed and your staff was very accomodating and happy. I felt safe and comfortable and your location was good. I was in a tournament nearby and was happy to be able to find a more affordable place to stay. Thankyou. I will be back and will recommend your location to fellow players.

-The book said they had razors, but when we asked there were none left -the bath towels aren't very big and barely wrap around you (I'm an average sized woman)

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Very poor choice. Don’t go to this place…EVER. My family, friends, and I drove all the way from Boston and arrived at around 10 am in the morning. When I tried to check in, I was told that I have to pay extra for an early check in at 10. am. Apparently the motels normal check in is at 3 pm. And how much is the extra charge, $80 dollar per room, which is equivalent to one full day. Anyway, we are too tired from the long drive I check in with the hope that the manager will reconsider. During the next 3 days, I don’t see the hair or the hide of the manager. I call him, I email him. No response. And the desk manager says he has no authority to do anything. Service: All staff are overly loud. Too much shouting and arguing between staff. The rooms are very dated and smelly. The sheets old and soiled. No change is offered. At night, the police arrive for a raid. Apparently some unsocial things are going on in the Motel. Again lots of shouting and protestation. Police arrest some people. Still no sign of the manager. Apparently he is enjoying the Canadian Family Day. More shouting in the morning. To sum up. I was absolutely disgusted. The most unhelpful staff, (all Indians) I have ever seen in a Motel. They have extra charge for everything. The Motel will offer coffee all day, but the creamers and sugar are locked. You have to pay to get them. Pathetic. The only reason I did not change hotel was we were out most of the day. Oh, Did I tell you about my early check in charge. I had to pay $100 for two rooms after the manager graciously agreed to reduce it by $30. What an awful experience.

I Love the staff.. extremely friendly and helpfull.. rooms are nice and clean .. bed is comfy as wel. good breakfast and The coffee in the breakfast room is sooooooo good.. it has a maple flavor to it.. l

Definately liked the price. The beds were also very comfortable. Easy access to the bus. Needs updating, but everything kept clean.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud, actually hurt your ears if your in there for a period of time.

It was close and convienent for my business trip.

The design of the room is very thoughtful for the customers the stuff there are very friendly and helpful, I was late for an interview because of the snow storm, their manager (Asher) drove me there for my interview, he saved my life, I really appreciated for his help! The breakfast is included and very yummy and diversified, I feel comfort Inn meadowvale should be the one of the best comfort Inn in Canada!

Nothing I could think of

The rooms are very very old and nasty! The carpet is old and stained, there looks like blood splattered on the wall in the bathroom beside the sink. I had a terrible sleep thinking it was a spring sticking in my back. When we looked in the morning, there was a set of nailclippers under the bottom sheet!! Would never go back!

Front desk staff very pleasant.

The beds are old and tired. Need to be updated.

I usualy stay at this hotel because of the clean rooms and the very good breakfast offered.

no internet or telephone service for 3 days had to keep asking for new cups etc. for room after 1st day breakfast was very poor, milk in container at breakfast was sour, people had to keep asking for eggs, other items to be replenished at breakfast entrance, hallways, etc. smelled musky, like smoke or old furniture fire alarm went off 1st night for about 5 minutes (no smoke/fire occurred)

No elevator, quality of linens - bedding and towels - could better, short breakfast hours, limited breakfast choices with no replenishing after 9am, dust layers, soiled bedspreads
