Just off highway 404, this Newmarket hotel features a saltwater indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. The free hot breakfast includes omelettes, fruit and pastries, and Smart Roast coffee.
Score from 73 reviews Very good
Featuring an indoor salt water pool, this motel in Newmarket, Ontario is 34.5 km from Canada’s Wonderland adventure park. Free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast are provided.
Score from 98 reviews Good
This Newmarket, Ontario hotel is just across the street from Upper Canada Mall. It features an on-site restaurant, a business center, and free passes to a local gym. Guest rooms offer free Wi-Fi.
Score from 22 reviews Good
Poorly lit exterior, and odd, winding access to the "front" which is really the "back." Narrow, cramped parking lot jammed with over-sized trucks, although not designed for that. Trucks everywhere. This basically a truck stop.
This is my really favorite hotel.
Cleanliness of hotel
Noise in hallways from other guests early am. No fault of hotel though?
new fixtures. adjustable thermostat. convenient to 404.
The breakfast bar set up is far too crowded for the number of people trying to use it. The food mediocre. very hot by the fireplace.
The location is very good. Nice access to both highways and facilities. Rooms are acceptable. I preferred the 1st floor to the 2nd. Easy access to your vehicle etc
No fitness facilities. No Pool.
They cater to out of town contractors who walk the entrances and halls with mud filled shoes, leaving quite the mess. They are noisy and feel they can have multiple room doors open for a "Party Atmosphere" and the noise is unacceptable. I would never stay here again, but I have stayed about 4 times over 2 years , and nothing changes. I give it a one star rating for a four star price !!!
Clean, friendly staff af check in and check out, recent updates, large room, clean, hot breakfast and kitchen attended to, clean, fully stock bathroom with sufficient towels, close to 404 but quiet, 5 minute drive to restaurants, free parking and wifi and clean.
Entrance is at the back of the hotel and no signs, a little high priced for the are but limited other choices. Had to ask if my choice privileges were applied, staff should always ask guests at check in.
It was quite and rooms were OK.
Towels were clean but rough, needs newer supply. Door to the hall was hard to open and loud to close therefore you had to pull hard and make noise which may bother other customers.
Liked the decor and the cleanliness. Staff were very friendly Breakfast was good Hotel was quiet
lobby at back corner of building only 1 package of coffee in the room
Close to our final destination
Everyone was very helpful. Nice to have coffee in our room after a long day. receptionist was very helpful in finding a good place to eat. we will stay again.
Room was clean and ready when we got there. It's always nice to just get settled in before going on adventures around town. Breakfast was good and a nice choice. Not just muffins and coffee. Will be back.
Nothing, everything was good, Service good, Food good, and Rooms good.
the convenience of taking our dog, located right off the highway, the coffee pot, the recycling bin, everything was very clean, receptionist was very friendly and helpful - liked everything we just stayed in Niagara Falls overnight and it was very disappointing.
The air conditioning system didn't work properly.
The room felt dirty, I was sitting at the door outside when the girl came in to clean the room and she didnt even vacuum, just fluffed the bed and changed the towels and emptied the garbage. Breakfast was included but they didn't have any cream for coffee on either day we were there!! It just felt grungy. Everytime I looked out my window to the patio the staff was sitting on there at a table smoking and drinking coffee. Just didn't feel nice there. Definitely won't be back
It was convenient
stale odour in the room
Cleanliness and access
Breakfast area if we have to identify something but it's not insurmountable
Bed skirt had stains on it. Room was next to an exit and had to listen to the exit door bag all night.
Little pricey $146 a night is expensive
The hotel was welcoming and had main floor with sliders. Ease of packing and unpacking car.
Room cold when first entered but heated up well.
The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The room was small but comfortable.
Too bad the breakfast was so early 6-9 a.m.. It was over priced for that location. The WI-FI connection was very poor.
The room was spacious, very clean, bathroom newly refurbished, cosy breakfast area we used for a late evening take-out snack. Very helpful and friendly staff.
We knew it is a pet friendly hotel, but some pet owners had let their dogs bark too early in the morning (4:45am)could have taken them out or at least stilled.
fantastic complimentary breakfast
friendly and quick check in
not hotels fault but very very noisy from other guests in the hallway. I recomend sound proofing the rooms. Thank you
