Room was clean and ready when we got there. It's always nice to just get settled in before going on adventures around town. Breakfast was good and a nice choice. Not just muffins and coffee. Will be back.

Nothing, everything was good, Service good, Food good, and Rooms good.

the convenience of taking our dog, located right off the highway, the coffee pot, the recycling bin, everything was very clean, receptionist was very friendly and helpful - liked everything we just stayed in Niagara Falls overnight and it was very disappointing.

The room felt dirty, I was sitting at the door outside when the girl came in to clean the room and she didnt even vacuum, just fluffed the bed and changed the towels and emptied the garbage. Breakfast was included but they didn't have any cream for coffee on either day we were there!! It just felt grungy. Everytime I looked out my window to the patio the staff was sitting on there at a table smoking and drinking coffee. Just didn't feel nice there. Definitely won't be back

    Good breakfast

Bed skirt had stains on it. Room was next to an exit and had to listen to the exit door bag all night.

The hotel was welcoming and had main floor with sliders. Ease of packing and unpacking car.

Room cold when first entered but heated up well.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The room was small but comfortable.

Too bad the breakfast was so early 6-9 a.m.. It was over priced for that location. The WI-FI connection was very poor.

The room was spacious, very clean, bathroom newly refurbished, cosy breakfast area we used for a late evening take-out snack. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We knew it is a pet friendly hotel, but some pet owners had let their dogs bark too early in the morning (4:45am)could have taken them out or at least stilled.

    staff very friendly and helpful

Your free beakfast was fine, but you only if your a coffee drinker. There are those of us out there who don't like coffee, but are tea lovers. A person who enjoys tea doesn't have the option for tea in the mornings as all that is ever offered is coffee. This is a problem in any and all hotels I've ever stayed at. Its pretty pathetic that I either have to bring my own kettle, tea and supplies or wait til I leave the hotel and go to Tim Horton's or the like. Its not fair. As for your in room coffee maker, have you ever tried to drink a tea with water that tastes like coffee, its disgusting. I'm sick of things being done for coffee drinkers only.

Nothing not to like. Nice stay overnight.

    Good location. Ease of access.

Too pet friendly, should have some no pet rooms. My allergies were crazy.
