Nice size rooms , quiet , not too expensive , True Continental Breakfast with Waffles which always go over with kids..
Too bad it didn't have a pool - we try to get a hotel with pool for our 7 yr old. Yes Continental however would be nice if there was some yogurt , fruit salad mix ..
Bed and bathroom were very clean - always our main concern at any hotel/motel.
The breakfast and breakfast area could do with a bit of improvement. The breakfast room is obviously a former guestroom - not so great walking by an open bathroom door with your breakfast tray. Why don't you rip that bathroom out and place a couple more tables?
Location to restaurants, casino
I think the front staff could have looked a little more professional, however there were very nice and helpful.
How close it was to the highway and all the great places to eat that give you deals if you are a guest at the comfort in
The hallways smelt a bit muaty
location...close to a lot of resturants and highways...easy travelling.
I liked that a mini fridge and microwave was included.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.
The hair in the bath tub and tub walls. Little more rinsing needed No place to sit and eat breakfast. Eating room needs to be expanded. The lady working the breakfast area should smile always she is in customer service. She made us feel like we where putting her out.
I thought it was a located within reach of amenities.
I thought the price was a little high. I thought the bathtub was a little dirty.
Bed was too hard and my back was sore when I woke.
Location Helpful staff Holly? Who went out of her way to assist me with a printing issue for a reservation I had in NYC the following day. Clean Coffee available in the morning.
Excellent staff. Nice room. Very comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. TV & Wi-Fi good. Did not eat breakfast.
Patio doors were hard to open & close, but I guess I shouldn't complain. Having a 1st floor room where I could park my vehicle in front of and have easy access to it is a very nice feature. I think it's the doors are well-used and need abit of TLC.
location and service at the Comfort Inn is great, we have stayed there many times and never had any problems. Rooms are always clean; however, some updating is warranted in regard to A/C and heating.
A/C / heater tend to be a little loud. My son and I were in town for a bike race, we always stay at the comfort Inn; however, this time around we ended up with a queen bed and a twin pull-out. I have no issue with pull-outs except that this particular pull-out was unbelievably uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress was a chain link fence covered by a sheet, I actually woke up with impressions of the "chain link" on my hip and shoulder. I could have complained but the hotel was fully booked due to several functions in town. We've always had a good experience so I decided to just go with it for one night.
close proximity to where we wanted to go.
On Saturday night we stayed at Comfort Inn, Barrie and paid $107.00 - we paid $150.00 at your hotel on Friday. doesn't seem fair, we are seniors and also have a Choice Privileges card which we showed on arrival.
Location was good. Close to highway and Tim Horton's. Small couch plus two chairs added to the comfort.
Room was advertised as having a fridge but did not have one, and the bed was extremely hard.
enjoyed the quiet feeling
60 increase in price because of busy weekend
Even with code for wifi could not get in!
Clerk failed to ask at check out how my stay was.
The mattresses were worn as were the pillows. The bathtub needed to be replaced.
Staff were always pleasant & helpful.
Could not play cards with 4 people - not enough room.
Tha breakfast Y you have car may be will be different
Too far from the casino $ 50 extra on taxi , It was my mistake I supposed to reserve at the Days Inn I go confuse and I paid the price
We were enroute to north bay an decided to stay the night at comfort inn orillia. Clean, quiet, great service, and great all around place.
Nothing to say here :)
Beds comfortable.Clean room. Easy parking. Breakfast.
No soap/shampoo --had to go back to reception to ask. Check in was very busy for one person. She did her best. Very pricey $140-00 !! Will not book here again.
ground level room
the expensive rate and location
The day after my reservation, I called the receptionist if we could booked a room on the ground floor to allow me to insert a high quality bike. The reseptionist told me that I have a room reserved for me when I arrived When I arrived I did not have the room that I was promised. I realized the next day stating that there was the presence of elderly people and my room had been given to these people. I would have appreciated being warned in advance that I would not have this room.
