The check in attendant was friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful. A variety of food products. Staff were quite pleasant. Wound stay again.
It would be nice to have queen size beds.
Upon arrival staff was unfriendly. Gave hard time when checking in, breakfast was horrible, lots of maintenance going on in hotel, rooms not worth the cost. Won't be coming back.
Smell of paint and nobody their in mornin when checking out to pay
Friendly Staff. Close to Work. Good restaurants in area. WiFi hookup is quick. Once renovations are complete is should be a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

We should have been told when booking that it was under refurbishment. They were using a bedroom as the reception with wires everywhere. The staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was in another bedroom, with no tables just trays to have on your lap, and plastic cutlery, paper plates etc. The place looked so bad from the outside our taxi driver questioned wether the hotel was actually open.
The staff was rude, refused to give me a receipt, charged a deposit despite the paperwork stating no deposit required. Upon requesting to see the manager for a receipt, I was given someone else's receipt with their full name, credit card information, address, etc. I fear that my information may have been given to someone in this same mix up. I will never stay here again and I visit the area frequently.
Hotel generally old and tired. There was a musty smell in room. Hall carpets dirty. Renovations planned but not started yet...would likely stay elsewhere until done.
There were no rooms ready and people with Booking.com confirmed reservations were being turned away, we has to wait 30 mins before we even new we had a room that took it to past midnight It was chaos and stressful
It was after 5:30pm when we arrived. The first room they give us was not ready. They were still doing the cleaning of rooms. We when out for diner. They were still doing rooms.
Very nice to stay there people were great
Location was critical to event that I was attending. Staff were friendly.
Windows did not open and cleaning staff use a lot of chemicals. There was a very strong odour of chemicals when I checked in and I am an asthmatic so not a great experience. Think that there was a wedding group and lots of doors slamming 'til 2 to 3 am.

Hotel staff came at. 9:30 am for room service/ clean up. Check out time was 11am. Why come so early when people actually go to hotel to get full and better sleep?
Managers jump to crazy conclusions way to quickly, treat young people unfairly.

I've come here a few times for business. I don't know if its because I am a young person or what but the staff is so rude, when i first got there they told me I lived to close to be staying at the hotel? What does that matter, but I live 2 hrs away.. Also I booked a ground floor room ahead of time and it cost extra, they gave me a second floor room and charged me the same Price as a ground floor and told me there was no ground floor left but I argued about it. Also there was bugs in my room I killed about 5. The next morning I went to the front desk to pay for another day and the lady totally ignored me as she was watching TV and she gave me a dirty look and said come back later.. So I packed my stuff and left. It was the only hotel close to where I had meetings but I'd rather sleep in my car.

I was not given the room i had ordered it was suppose to be a ground floor room no smoking, she said they didn't have one when i got there and she put us on the 2nd floor smoking i was charged the same amount as the ground floor room, i wasn't really happy about my reservation not being what i asked for please clarify this the next time we book a room thank you
Hit the nail on the head at the time. Would be a little bit pricey normally, but given the holiday time and the ice storm a few days earlier, was great.
Rooms are very dated ,beds were uncomfortable. Not great value

1. Given a room 283 which someone already occupying. 2. Returned to front desk and the asked fro my licence. I thought I had done something wrong. Room 283 Given a new room Room 280 3.Raining given a room at the back. Key would not open back door. Rain pouring off roof to near rear and front door entrance--got wet. This need to be dealt with. I mean pouring larger than a garden hose. It is not safe. The ducts need to be rerouted. Had to go around to the front again to get in. It is Eventually got to sleep late Cleaning staff knocked and came into my room at 7:30am The worst experience I have had at hotels. I have stayed at many hotels.
