The staff we're very nice.They were always asking if We were comfortable,if We needed anything call them and would do their very best to make sure We got it.The General Manager even made my waffle for me the first morning.They have an awesome Breakfast!Our room was super clean...I mean super clean! We had an enjoyable stay!My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much to the staff,you made our stay a delightful stay. And We will definitely come visit you again.Keep up the Great Work :-)

In the morning a complimentary breakfast is available. Lots of selection, including a Waffle Iron to make fresh waffles and French Toast to pop in the microwave. We also appreciated that breakfast was available at 0530 to allow an early morning start. We had trouble figuring out the air system.

The unit was excellent. Clean and in good shape. I would recommend it. The only thing the staff could be more friendly and smile a bit. They were not rude or anything, just rather distant. Good value for the money. Just smile more!!

It was quiet. Complimentary breakfast. There was someone's sock left in the room. Another couple stayed in a different room (4th floor) and were charged 100.00 per night. We stayed on the 2nd floor and were charged 125.00 per night. When I asked about the difference in price the desk clerk didn't have a satisfactory answer. Room wasn't serviced while we stayed there. (2 nights) That includes the beds being made or towels changed.

Great Location in Edson. I ordered a King Non Smoking Room and was given a Room with two Queen Beds in it. It would have been a lot nicer (and a treat-hence why I booked a King bed) to sleep with my fiance in a King bed rather than a Queen. I did not realize that my $100.00 booking did not include taxes. That was a surprise at the check in.
