Comfort Inn Trenton (特伦顿康福特茵酒店)  

Convenient location for my visit with friends. Good value and clean.

Toilets are sluggish and was not working in the first room I had. I prefer the main floor to avoid the inconvenience of taking belongings up stairs. Another room was found on the first floor when I pushed the issue and was stated to be "just available". Perhaps this was the case..but it made me wonder.

Small room but has all needed things and services. We had appointment at hospital for day surgery so location was important.

The look of the breakfast area. We did not have time to use it, but it was not inviting. Toilet is highly unsanitary for use by males. Seat too low and will not stay up by itself. Water is too high for males when seated. Quilt/bedspread too heavy. Blanket choice could be improved.

Staff from front desk to House Keeping are friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and it was nice to see the heat on and the room warm when I arrived.

Continental breakfast self-serve area was crowded and toasters take far too long, invest in industrial style toasters to alleviate some of the congestion at the food area. The bottled water in the room is a nice touch, paying for it as an incidental charge makes the hotel seem a little cheap…

Staff and room was pleasant.

Internet was slow.

Better price than former Holiday Inn (now Ramada0.

1.) Having to go from breakfast serving area to breakfast eating area balancing bowl of cereal , toast & cup of coffee on a tray. 2.) not being able to get even a tiny container of toothpaste from front desk when a note in the room said that you try to have available at the front desk little things guests may have forgotten.

No fridge in room only some of the rooms had them Fridges are pretty standard now . front desk staff not friendly they were short with me checking in and out. I requested extra towels on registering online had to ask and made me feel guilty for asking?!

Access from the 401,

Proximity to the Railroad tracks, Noisy beyond belief. Staff attitude when I was a few minutes late for the "Free" breakfast. told if I wanted anything I "Had" to be on time.

The room we stayed in was very clean and very modern - lots of room. The Comfort Inn was a smaller hotel where you could find your way around very easily - the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. We would definately stay there again if we were anywhere near Trenton.

Good quality size rooms with all the extras.

Being charged for the one litre of bottled water at $3 in my room because I did not realise that it was not free (I am a UK citizen) and failed to see the label indicating a charge. If a bottle of water is placed by the coffee machine in the room then you assume it's complimentary. I complained but the receptionist still charged me - I stayed 3 nights. So after all the positive thoughts I had of Comfort Inns was destroyed in an instant! Jeremy

The facilities need to be "freshened up" inside. Carpeting(hallways) was stained, Breakfast room needs some repairs; there was the smell of smoke in the hallways as they still have a few smoking rooms-we assumed inns these days are smoke free

People were great and friendly. I will stay again next year for the Applefest. Thank you.

The cleaning solution or air freshner was too strong. The scent really bothered me.

old need to rebuilt the room

The location suited our needs. I was on a trip visiting family with my Mohter (not described above). I was very comfortable, the facilities were clean, the people friendly. My mother needed a first floor room, she cannot do stairs and the lady first said there were no rooms at which time I would have left but she checked for cancellations. I'm not sure this was a cancellation because late that night someone tried to enter my room and even got the front desk involved. That wasn't pleasant. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

it was nice

Upon entering the reception area it was obvious we had come to the right place. Mj and the others were efficient and courteous. The rooms are large and well kept. Bathrooms are neat and very clean.Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast is varied and fresh. Jean & Marjolaine Beaudry

Kein Lift, wir mussten die schweren Koffer in die 2. Etage schleppen. Das Frühstück musste stehend oder in Sesseln eingenommen werden, Esstische gab es keine. Der Saftspender und Teppichboden waren arg schmutzig und unappetitlich. Ein Plattenboden wäre da wohl geeigneter und könnte besser gereinigt werden.

quiet room, no traffic. A replacement room supplied quickly, without question.

first room we were given, still had garbage in cans. not sure if the room had been cleaned or not.

Bath room was not as clean as it should have been.

We were towing a 20 foor trailer and the hotel staff provided for an area in which to park it with no hesitation or complaints.

Your staff is kind

The breakfast is terrible & a little un sanitary.
