Comfort Suites Kelowna  

Very large, quiet and well appointed room for the price; enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast selection;

Access off highway 97 awkward - while you can easily see the hotel, you can't turn left into hotel parking nor can you turn left coming out of front entrance; construction around that area as well; should provide directions; not sure if I missed it, but I didn't see a room darkening blind and the side drapes were partials

The water in the pool was very very cool, had two grandchildren with us, did not stay in very long.

It was a convenient overnight stay for us on our way to Vancouver the next day. Close to airport too. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and our room.

The rooms were well designed and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and the pool area, although small, was nice. Overall a great experience, would do it again.

Our room had some items left in it from the people before us, including articles of clothing. Not the biggest deal however when you see the quality of the renovation upon driving up and entering the hotel you expect top notch.

Rooms are clean, spacious and furniture and appliances are good quality

Facilities such as Hot tub and swimming pool where not working properly because water was cold and although we ask to the staff for help, we didn't get it. For my second night we negociate a biger room under same rate but when i did my check out the receptionist didn't respect the previos negotiation.

Comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Generous breakfast buffet.

We were in room 418, right by the elevators and it was very noisy in the middle of the night.

The bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet.

The hotel is okay, but the rooms are poorly designed in the fact that they are very dark. Everything in the room is dark: carpet, furniture, counters, cupboards, tiles in the bathroom. Poor lighting and having a very small window so very little natural light comes into the room doesn't help. If a person was staying a week or longer I believe it could be a bit depressing.

Sound insulation not great, could hear noise from corridor. Junior one bedroom suite is more like a hotel room than a suite

Good location (close to ubco) where we were taking our daughter. Hotel is modern and new. The room was just fine and fairly clean.

We did not like the complimentary breakfast which was bland (not tasting and fresh......worst coffee you can have....rubbery eggs...etc, and very crowded dining area) We would prefer to have to buy our breakfast and have a choice of fresh and tasty food, and a good coffee that taste coffee! The pool facility is nice , but gets very crowded. However, we did not have time to use it. Overall, we did not get a good quality/price deal, it was more on the expensive end for what we got. On our next visit to Kelowna, we will go to a different hotel.
