We stayed in the Luxury Suite (Top Floor). Lots of space and very clean with a private deck. Would recommend this room as it was very cosy and comfortable.

Excellent service, kitchen an laundry facilities make a perfect home away from home. Close grocery/shopping, Ryerson U few blocks away - perfect location. Owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, I highly recommend!

This place is a little gem! I would recommend to all my friends and family. Prime location for airport hotel prices -- you really can't go wrong. Book direct as Tahir will price-match whatever other sites have quoted. Warm and welcoming feel (I stayed in January). Clean and plentifully equipped kitchen. Great bathrooms with good pressure. My decision to stay here was based on the positive reviews read here. Everything you read is true. Tahir keeps this place running tip-top. Five stars.

It was a very cozy athmosphere. The room and bathroom were also very nice and clean, which was important to me. It's also great value for money and a very good location.

The only thing that made me feel a little bit uncomfortable was taking off my shoes at the front door. I prefer leaving them on unless I'm in my own house.

I stayed in Comfy for 13 days and I emphasize mainly the location and cost-effective. The house is quiet, a nice atmosphere and great place to spend a few days in Toronto. The neighborhood is very quiet, very close to supermarket and close to main streets and the University of Toronto. I did not have room service but, in my case, I prefer that. When you choose the Comfy you need to keep in mind that you are not in a hotel. If you understand this, you'll have great days there!

Comfy is one of the Best Guesthouse I have ever stayed in! The room, the balcony, you are going to love them. Plus, the Host Tahire is very nice, and helpful. Stay there, and you won't regret it.

Excellent staff and very "comfy"

Clean and tidy. The owner was very welcoming and explained all the rules on arrival. The room was small but comfy. The wifi worked well. Restaurants and local shops were nearby and there were buses and streetcars to the centre available 5 mins walk away. Its very good value

Comfy guesthouse was a great place to stay for short term travels and i completely enjoyed my stay there. Tahir (he manages the guest house) was of great help to me and i would definitely recommend this place to all my friends who visits Toronto. I felt being at home staying there and thank you Tahir for all your help. I opted Luxury Suite and it had all utilities that was very helpful. In one word to define the guest house - "awesome".......

I was impressed by how truly "comfy" it was. It felt like being at home. A lot of attention to detail. The very friendly property manager was great. He gave me a tour and stayed late to accomodate my schedule. I hope to stay here whenever I come to Toronto.

It is so popular that I'd recommend booking well in advance.

I have visited Toronto many times and have stayed at comfy two times. The price is a bargain for the rooms and location you get for it.

This is a nice hotel. We had a shared bathroom which was modern and always clean and tidy. The commen kitchen had all appliences needed to make a meal if you wanted to. The house is only a 20 minute walk to down town Toronto. Round the area are plenty of shops and cafes etc.
