Copper Point Resort

The rooms were absolutely beautiful ! There service we received here was unbeatable !

Bed, it was too hard.

The meal we had in the Dinning Room on April 7th was suburb ... our server (Sara was exceptional!)

The two front desk staff we encountered were less than exceptional ... looked bored and annoyed ... felt like we were bothering them.

We like everything, the place was amazing, beautiful, confy, except for the matress.

The matress was to hard. It had a hole on both sizes on the bed.

No room service till summer season

Although I thought the rooms were a bit small, I felt that they were very elegant and luxurious. I really liked the exercise facilities and the outdoor hot tubs.

The only complaint I would have was that I thought our room needed a bit more lighting over the bed. Also, I like to have a glass of water by my side at night, and we only had one bedside table.

Loved everything about it. Rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel was full the night we were there and we never heard our neighbors. Most hotels everything comes thru the walls.

noise between rooms and floor was very loud. people walking on floor above sounded like troops om manouvers.

The staff are wonderful . The food is top notch. Location is perfect .

The beds are a little hard. The maid service for re doing the room was lack luster . Found it interesting that there is no humidification , so was extremely dry, to the point of discomfort.

Quite new, underground heated parking, beautiful decor, near the highway.

Really ejoyed the loft style for kids. Having a complete kitchen set up was great. The patio area with a bbq was wonderful

There was nothing

Absolutely beautiful resort and we loved the pools and hot tubs. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was spacious. The hide a bed was not comfortable for our older children. We did really enjoy our stay.

So much to do and see! My friends and I were amazed at such a feeling of luxury at such an affordable price :D

I booked the room partially based on being able to sleep up to 4 people (there were 3 of us). When we got there we found that the room was really set for only 2 people (eg. Only one bed, 2 towels, robes, etc.) There was bedding for the hide-a-bed but it was an effort on our part to get that set up.

Bed matrass was uncomfortable. Previous guests also complained about the matrass in the same room.

A very short drive from Invermere's town center, the location on a moutainside golf course was beautiful. The room and all the amenities therin were fabulous. Having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools/spas was great(love to swim under the stars, which are gorgeous from such a vantage point. The staff were pleasant and very knowledgable.

As honeymooners who haven't yet kicked our bad habit, it was a little inconvenient to have to trek down to the designated smoking areas...particularly after enjoying our room as it were. (No smoking on the patio....but this seems to be the trend most places these days)

New and clean, nice design. Close to mountains, Panorama, Radium Hotsprings.

The room is very small. It was facing playground, and there was also loud constant noise from one of the small resort facility. When we asked for another, more quiet room, we were told that they are all booked. In the room for two we had one bath robe. We asked for a second one, were promissed to get it in 5 min, but did not get it in 2 hours. Reminded again, and then finally got it. In the bathroom there was shampoo and two conditioners - no body lotion. So, the resort is nice, but the service is motel like.

I was very grateful to the staff for their assistance in dealing with a flat tire, particularly from person at the front desk, who arranged for someone from maintenance to put the spare on for me and made an appointment at the tire repair. The assistance helped me in a difficult situation and enabled me to get on with my business trip as quickly as possible.

It was difficult to see the sign at night when heading north. I would have preferred an option to order breakfast from the menu rather than having to pay for the full buffet when I only wanted a light meal.

We just Loved our visit at Copper Point! I have already recommended your place to a couple we know, and know they have already booked their stay with you. Thank you so much for letting us visit with our pet. It was very pleasant and will be back for sure. Thanks again, Nadine April

The decor of the rooms is nice and the fact it is pet friendly is important

The night of our arrival I noticed the adjoining door to the next room was unlocked. I contacted the staff and was assured it would be locked immediately. I again had to ask the following morning to have this done. We were there 3 nights, the only thing as far as housekeeping was the garbage was emptied twice and coffee was supplied once. The facecloths were removed but not replaced. We had to request fresh towels(even tho the others had been in the bottom of the tub). The bed was not made at all the entire time.

The bed was very comfortable, the bath robes are very comfortable and the hot tubs were very enjoyable

No golf packages, our unit looked mostly at a wall so for longer than one night the balcony would have been useless
