One older child or adult is charged CAD 50.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Ease of check-in, polite and efficient staff. I was immediately upgraded to a larger room. Room service was quick and the food was great. I had a Spa treatment which was wonderful, exactly what I needed. |

The location. Just the location. If it wasn't that I would have left the very next day. It is definately not a spa hotel. It is not a hotel to conduct business from. Facilities are marginally bordering on entirely unacceptable. Value for money is a term that escapes and one who travels extensively for hbusiness can easily conclude by simple comparison that the administration has put something together without any thought to its guests. Will definately not stay there again. |

I liked mostly the staff where they have been very nice and helpful in any needs inside/outside hotel Although the rooms was clean and will furnished it is tiny and does not fit with the hotel category. |

This hotel was fabulous and excellent value for money with breakfast included. The rooms are luxurious ( all suites) and the staff are wonderful- nothing was too much trouble.It is also centrally located and down a quiet street. |

Had a fantastic experience in this hotel. The rooms on the upper floors have fantastic views on the city. They're spacious and very nice decorated, all given a touch of zen. Very calming... Staff is very professionel and helpful. Always available to give you some tips about the city. Location is top, in a quiet street with all the major attractions nearby. |

The hotel is in the centre of the city and near the subway; from the room there was a nice city view. Wireless internet was not free of charge. |

Personal touch Breakfast for ~14 CAD not included and not value for money. At least one session at the Spa should be included with a booking of more than 3 nights. |

Tout ! le personnel était parfait, sympathique, attentionné; le spa superbe, la chambre magnifique, très zen, très propre aussi, avec en prime une cuisine parfaitement équipée. L'emplacement en centre ville est très bien, juste sur un metro. Comme nous avions préciser que nous étions en lune de miel, des fraises au chocolat nous attendaient dans la chambre avec un petit mot d'accueil... Une qualité qui vaut un palace 5 étoiles, sans conteste |

El personal de recepción era muy amable. También el resto de los empleados: mantenimiento, camareros... Aunque la habitación no era más bien pequeña, tenía una cocina ultramoderna, baño espacioso y decoración bastante agradable. El hotel es muy tranquilo pese a estar en pleno corazón de Toronto. Bueno, que la conexión inalámbrica a internet (wi-fi) no es gratis y te clavan por 24 horas unos 13 euros. |
