Cosmopolitan Toronto Centre Hotel and Spa  

The room had a kitchen and lots of other extras. Clean and calm

Balcony was not really finished ( floor still had concrete finish)

bathroom was decent size and shower was good size

bedding sheets were uncomfortable, not soft. lack of closet and storage space for clothes

Nice suite in the middle of Toronto. Close to everything. (Hockey Hall of Fame/Air Canada Center) :) Btw. There is a free shuttle Bus "Billy Bishop Airport <-> Toronto Downtown"

- WiFi way to expensive (unfortunately none of the many free WiFi's in Toronto is reachable from the room) - Spa is not free. 25$/p.P. for that little whirlpool. Come on... if you consider that the night is not cheap at all, it's a joke that you have to pay extra for the whirlpool/WiFi

Very Close to everything. Rooms are very nice, updated and modern, clean Staff is very friendly Price was right, fair and better than other places for what you actually get

Very central location, with great room/studio which was spacious and easy for working in. Staff were friendly & helpful. I should have paid for wifi but was given the code which to be honest I think should be the norm anyway.

Breakfast was tired and minimalist better to go outside, equally the food was poor in the evening. I had a burger and the following night a pizza both were burnt and greasy. The Fitness room is a joke and again poor.

Mold in showers, high parking price and poor service from bartenders in the lounge. You should never have to wait 10 mins with an empty wine glass and food getting cold when you're the only one at the bar

Location, close to downtown. Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Style design is pleasant.

Value for money ok not the greatest. City views were promised and in fact we had direct view of the CN tower, but over back lots and it's a pretty noisy location... Ok so it's downtown what can you expect? Promise of yoga mats werepromised, none were in the room, but we didn't ask as space was so restricted (see below). Finally bathrobes 100% cotton were poly cotton (cheap feeling and this let's the side down)

We liked the location. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful.

The hotel room was dirty and needed to have some normal maintenance done. After the first night of our stay, my husband got out of bed to see that the bottom sheet had moved and beneath it was a very gross stained mattress cover. There is no excuse to have that kind of grossness (is that a word?? lol) in a 4 star hotel. There is even a washer and dryer in the room a few steps away from the bed so it would not take much effort to clean it so again another reason to say that we will never stay at this hotel again. On the hotel's website it said that breakfast was included - one of the reasons I chose this hotel, however, when I bought the hotel room through your site, the booking confirmation said that we would have to pay $12.95 a piece for the breakfast. We loved Toronto and the location of the hotel but the hotel experience was far less pleasurable.

Location was great and staff were friendly. Kitchenette, living area and laundry are a bonus.

Really thought it was a great hotel, very clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Our room was amazing with a huge wrap around balcony and windows on 3 sides. The kitchen and mini bar were well stocked and the bathroom was very nice. Overall was great value for the money and would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff

Booked a suite because we got a good deal on booking.com. Expected a 4 star suite, but turned out the bathroom and bedroom were extremely small. The walls were dirty with hand prints and makeup and dirt, bed was uncomfortable. Not sure if we got a crappy room because we got such a good deal but I should have known it was too good to be true! Also, bad location, no view of the city and the front of the hotel is down a street that sort of looks like a back lane. Would never pay full price, or deal price for this hotel again.

Staff if very helpfull and polite. Location is really good.

The room could be a bit cleaner for that standard. I found hair from previous guest on the carpet. Wifi is overpriced. The Spa is really small, don't pick this hotel just for the spa to avoid disappointment.

Clean & well-kept; very comfortable. A convenient location for my trip.

I felt the additional charges for snacks & drinks were rather excessive. Also, is it necessary to charge an additional fee for Internet access? I've never been charged for that in any other hotel.

We liked the price, location, kitchen, spa. zen experience...we loved everything!! We will recommend this hotel! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed everything!

The rooms are actually suites with full kitchens, washer and dryer and a bar separating the kitchen from the living room. It also had great touches like a yoga mat. It has wood floors throughout and my room had live bamboo and a fountain. It is very clean, the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and saw to it that our room was perfect for our stay. Great kitchenette, and the room had a nice vibe to it. Overall, great stay at the Cosmo!

In the room, the cover for the heating duct could be easily taken off, took away from the comfort of the bedroom.

Posizione eccellente, stanza perfetta, pulizia impeccabile, personale gentilissimo. La prossima volta che tornero' a Toronto, ritornero' in questo hotel! ..... la lavatrice e asciugatrice .... magnifico!

me faire charger pour le petit déjeuner alors que c'est du 'self service' avec très peu de choix qui ressemble au style inclus dans les autres hôtels, La prochiane fois, je ne déjeunerai pas à l'hôtel, c'est cher pour presque rien.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit gutem Service an bester Lage. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist vom Feinsten: getrennter Wohn- /Schlafbereich, kleine Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, Arbeitsplatz, Waschmaschine mit Trockner - und ein kleiner Balkon für die Raucher.

WiFi ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und muss separat gebucht werden (cad 12).

Great location, and great staff, but a bit run down. My room had lots of dust behind the bedhead. It looked like it had not been moved to be cleaned in ages.

It looked a lot more run down than the pictures on the website showed. Plus being right downtown it was extremely noisy when trying to sleep. Lots of sirens during the night.

A lot of seating in the suites.

Washroom was not clean. The sink stunk and kept backing up. Shower was moldy. Floors were dirty. Cd player did not work.

Great hotel, but wireless internet was v-e-e-r-r-r-r-y-y-y-y-y slow : 0.3MB/s download, 0.04MB/s upload. Staff blamed it on the fact the hotel was fully booked and the boadband was at full capacity, and I might have been in a "dead zone". They had the decency if charging me the otherwise still insane $14 daily charge, given that even if I got up at 4 :30AM, it was still dead slow and I had to go to Second Cup to respond to emails. Otherwise loved the room and the nice boutique hotel, but cannot risk returning there. Innkeepers: a relatively fast internet connection is as important to me (and probably many others) as a comfortable bed and a hot shower.
