We loved the view, as it was the topmost cabin. The hot tub was nice, as well as the log cabin feel. The place was clean when we got there, which was nice. It was also a good sized cottage. Another plus was the pleasantness of the person we dealt with on the phone for reservations.
We stayed for two nights. Early evening on the second night, we ran out of water. We called the emergency number twice and the man on the other end said he was nothing he could do (as there were sounds of a party in the background). He didn't really give an explanation for why we ran out of water. The second time we called, he repeated that there was nothing he could do but promised to send someone the next morning at 9. No one came. We tried to get a reduction in price because this severely affected our enjoyment, but all they did was give us a gift certificate for the next time. Meaning we would pay that high price again minus the gift certificate. Honestly, knowing there is a limited supply of water would make us not want to go there again. The least they could do is tell you that there is a limited supply of water. All they do is tell you how to save water in the contract.
We loved the rustic yet modern decor, comfy beds and luxurious shower. The windows overlooking the lake and the oversized second story deck with those fabulous antigravity chairs made for a great end of summer getaway. We borrowed the double kayak after dinner one night, magic.
Wi-Fi was promised but never activated during our stay after a few requests. As we were also working during our trip this would have made it easier. We agree with other reviews that check-out should be at least after noon since check-in is at 4.
House was great. Easily accommodated our big group. All wood so it was loud. But we loved it.
Thought there would be a hot tub. Too bad. Some places had them. Not ours.
Location, spacious, jacuzzi
TV: should be updated!!! Not obvious where to get kayaks and bikes.
We didn't like the mattresses, squeaky and uncomfortable.
friendly staff, well-equipped chalet
confusing registration system - rates seemed to depend on which web-site I used.
- Beautiful House - Excellent price
- no shuttle to the pedestrian village
Very spacious, clean and fully-equipped chalet. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and all the cookware and appliances were in great shape. The rooms were comfortable and the location is great!
The water pressure in some of the showers was weak
Splendid place, I really recommend it.
The wood for the fireplace was not dry. It would be nice to have a checkout a bit later than 11:00AM to enjoy the place longer.
Clean, new units. They were very well insulated, during a very cold week. Sound insulation also excellent. The full kitchen was well equipped, new, and we used it every night. You have to like a quiet environment, and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves.
-superb modern and spacious apartments with all facilities; - perfect location for a visit of Mont Tremblant and Mont Tremblant National Park (would prefer this to staying at Mont Tremblant village) - very pleasant and excellent restaurant on site (Le Caribou); no breakfast service, but there are excellent possibilities in nearby Mont Tremblant which you want to see anyway
