People were nice, breakfast was good. Bed was too soft and toilet was weird.

What I liked most about the hotel was the proximity to the hockey rink.Also having the free breakfast was great for early morning hockey games Well I feel that maybe the hotel could use an upgrade, it is starting to look a little worn around the edges

Very clean, easy to find, great breakfast and friendly staff. I had an appointment that I needed to get to that was before reg check in time, but they let me check in early so I could have a shower and get to my appointment in time. That was really appreciated and nice they did that for me! : )

Check in staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I had my dog with me and there was no problem, no extra fee (mind you she is well behaved). I didn't have any of the free hot and cold breakfast as I was doing a triathlon early and have a special diet on race mornings. My partner raved about the breakfast and the 24 hr coffee/tea and free cookies. Location is just off the hwy and yet no sound from hwy traffic - lots of restaurants and shops next door. If there are other guests in the hallway it sounds like they are in your room but not the same problem with guests on either side so it must be that the door isn't insulated. We ordered a free dvd and the player didn't work and the staff had no idea how it was supposed to work with tv.

Location, cooperative desk clerk. Breakfast room was crowded--no seats. Only places to sit were with men, not comfortable for a woman traveling alone.

Bravo pour les petites attentions comme le sourire du personnel, les biscuits et breuvages en permanence, l'aménagement du hall avec des livres et DVD, le DVD dans la chambre. Tout celà est bien pensé pour les familles. La salle de bain un peu désuète mais très propre.
