It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The front desk people were not very friendly. Parking was expensive and difficult. |

Hotel was in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable & our double queen room was of a good standard. Nice pool & gym, wi-fi good, generally a very nice hotel. We thought parking was a little bit expensive. |

The staff is excellent and deserve praise, I do not understand French but, I had absolutely no problem at courtyard. I highly recommend your staff for their friendilness and excellence in the hospitality industry.(clap your hands). |

The proximity to the downtown area where we were seeing plays over the weekend. The apparent cleanliness of the room. In fact, the entire hotel seems tired and rundown. Bathtub looked shabby and had been painted. Saggy mattress. No parking except valet service which is very slow. Staff at the desk and at the door were barely polite when we arrived. The air conditioning was broken and very loud and we had to insist on being moved. The ventilation unit was almost as noisy in the second room but tolerable. |

very cheap, very easy. would stay again, not recommended if you want great service. room service has really bad hours, the restaurant menu didn't have such a wide variety for lunch/dinner. they don't do much for you other than give you your key. also, hours at pool suck but apparently due to lack of lifeguards in montreal. |

Its location in Montreal Room furniture was old and basic. Room was not quite clean. There was no mineral water in the room, no fridge. |

the room was clean, I did not like the fact the was no parking for my truck said it was to big 2007 GMC pick-up truck had to find parking and pay extra to be able to park my truck |

convenient to all amenities.quiet the restaurant waitress was very slow to respond to sit us and take our drink order, even though there was no other patrons seated. The fish was very oily, it was not eaten, and the waitress did not offer to take it off the bill. |

This is a good choice if you want to visit McGill University and Montreal downtown. Everything is close by including shopping. Valet Parking takes too long to retrieve our car. |

The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Bell Centre. There are cabs sitting out front waiting for fares. We were very disappointed at the pool hours. One reason we picked the Courtyard by Marriott Montreal Downtown was the whirlpool and swimming pool. They were only open 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and closed on Sunday. |
