It is a good hotel over all, parking is expensive. The room maid came in too early on Sat morning and knocked at the door to do her job.

I liked its location on Yonge near College/Carlton I did not like that there was no entrance from Yonge Street. Having to walk around "the back" the get in was a nuisance, especially in winter.

Excellent location. Easy to get around by feet. Good value for money. I stayed few times before. If you get the new renovated room, it would be nice. If not, you may get the one with peeled off wall paper, or old carpet. Check the coffee maker before you make coffee; it may be uncleaned from the previous guest stay.

Good location. The Hotel has all the needed facilities, Some renovation of the rooms would improve it to become an excellent Hotel. In its current shape it is still good worth for the rate charged,

The Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was filthy: there was hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs on chairs and sink counter, dust on tabletops and dirt around the boundry of the room.

Excellent staff, super-convenient, no frills but comfortable, good business amenities. The neighbourhood is corporate blah. Food options in the hotel are very limited.

Very good position in downtown Toronto. Very close to cn Tower and rom museum or Eaton Center for shopping. Rooms are big and clean. The staff is very friendly and they always do the best to help and make customers satisfied. And, last but not least, the breakfast is awesome. Good for business men and families as well.

Both room and bed were spacious. The bed was really comfortable too. The choice at breakfast was superb too......huge variety of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, and cooked items ranged from porridge to quiche to the more conventional bacon and eggs. Our poached eggs were cooked to order and were perfect. Our room was overlooked a busy road (Yonge St) and we were awoken by emergency vehicle sirens in the night. Although our online booking included breakfast, we almost didn't take it and would have still been charged for it, although they offer a lower rate without. Our bath and surrounding splashback had been previously damaged and repaired

I liked when I checked out. I did not like the soap, it smelled like cardboard, it was disgusting. The staff was very pretentious and unfriendly. I requested to be on the 6th floor of the south wing, and he could not put me on the sixth floor, which was fine, but atleast he could have put me in the south wing. I was in the north tower on the 5th floor and I had friends in the south tower. Anytime I would walk by the television it would go all static and flickering. It was not a good hotel experience.

We have a wonderful time while staying at Courtyard by Mariott Downtown Toronto. Feel like home while we were there, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Wish they would give out warmth cookies like DoubleTree hotel. If not warmth cookies, brownies is ok.
