The hotel staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the location was as good as it could be. When we arrived the room wasn't too clean, with hair all over the bathroom floor. We arrived a day earlier than expected and tried to inquire a room by calling the hotel from the airport. Tried several times but every call went straight to the machine, so we just left our mobilenumber and waited..and waited some more. Eventually everything turned out good and we got a room when we arrived on location. Just would have been nice if someone would have called back. |

Courteous staff, extended parking time so I could complete my conference mtg., cleanliness of room, helpfulness of staff, no tipping. This was my first visit and I was pleased that I could check out quickly yet keep my bags at the hotel and extend my parking time without further charge until my meeting was over at 4:00 p.m. These were very important to me. |

The Cleaners were excellent and very polite and profssional ......the Tourist desk info es excellent and very helpfull The service and cost of everything in this hotel is way over priced as I woked in the very best of hotels in London and the usa value for money I paid was very poor great dissapointment and knowing many who travel to Toronto Iwould´nt personally recommend the courtyard ..........a list if desired ; Telephone Calls : Internet : Breakfast good but over priced : Fridge in Room : Mni Bar : I paid a fortune per night and this was very poor value for what m room contained.................. |

Nice hotel stay, no strange smell, no coffee machine or fridge in the room. Since we only stayed for one night we're not quite sure if the area was safe. There were quite a lot of homeless people around. |

very good location, near the subway and many nearby supporting facilities the swimming pool water is not very clear and high in chlorine. The air-conditioning of my room is not so good. |

Good location in downtown Toronto. Near to restaurants, coffee places, shopping stores. Excellent customer service on valet parking. It's was a perfect place to stay and get away from home to sleep, rest, etc, etc. |

The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. I was even provided with a fridge and kettle in my room that I requested. I didn't like my room view - but I suppose all the rooms cannot have good views. |

Location, comfort, staff helpful above all is the central location Tea - Coffee refill was not up to the mark, you have to ask for it every day and not done until asked for. |

I liked the comfortable beds and the convenience of the lounge, grill and cofffee sjop. I thought we would be closer to the entertainment district and I found the surrounding streets dirty and not so beautiful and of course, the terrible garbage strike was disgusting, not your fault. |

Very comfortable hotel, clean, quiet and spacious. Would recommend it to others and stay there again. Someone got stabbed outside the hotel the first evening I was there!! The coffee machine was really annoying - suggest a kettle as making tea was a pain - also liquid milk not powdered would be much better. |
