Rooms and location were great.. But that is not enough when you are treated like crap by hotel staff! I have never been insulted in my life in any hotel even motels with no stars like this so called Marriot courtyard Toronto. I have stayed here because the hotel has some sort of access to Toronto Marathon 2013 which I was participating at. As far as the rooms, it was alright a 4 star room like. But given the rudness and the way the reciption and employee behave with you I would never ever have stayed there but sadly my room was non-refundable. So I advise that even if they offered you the for free or they will pay you 150 cad + tax for each night you stay, dont go there unless you want to be insulted !

My room was by the elevator, so, I heard noisy hotel guests as they returned home in late evening while I was trying to sleep.

Very friendly professional staff. Room was clean. Only one regular coffee packet in the room. Very limited towels in the room. Horrible traffic. It was difficult to drive in the crowded streets with so many streets that you can't turn left or right onto Younge.

Like the location, easy to find, the beds were comfortable, had to ask for more towels but accomadated right a way, Vallet Parking was great and organized On Site Reastraunt, the staff you could not understand to heavy of an acent, One of my party was allergic to onions and she a onion on her plate, when asked for the plate to be changed and they did the onion was still there, so the meal was never eaten, a waste of money, also the condiment bowl and plate was spilled over when brought to out table,

The staff were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great and the location very good. My only gripe is that I asked for a 'quiet room' and was given one with a connecting door opposite the lifts. Inevitably these rooms are noisier, I could hear lots of conversations from outside as people waited for lifts and from the room next door. This is not party noise, just voices etc. I used ear plugs so it wasn't a huge problem, but why not have 1-2 dedicated quiet floors or reception staff have a list of rooms that are less noisy. I note that noise is a big issue for this hotel but there are just location issues rather than just party noise.

The room was very comfortable & quiet and just the right temperature. The toilet flushing mechanism was faulty. It took about 15 minutes or so to refill the tank after each flush. Room 520.

Excellent location in Downtown Toronto! Just one block from the subway. The breakfast served each morning was very good. Parking is valet and expensive, but that's to be expected for being in downtown Toronto.

I liked the big room and the staff. And it was clean. I didnt like the remote for the tv. Had to ask for a different one. It worked but wasn't sataisfied. Also, a fridge in the room and a microwave would have been good. Most other places have those, for far less money. And no continential breakfast. The coffee maker was good, but only one cafinated pouch was there.
