Pay for parking while staying at the hotel. Not happy about that.
I loved the place! It made me feel like my opinion mattered. Staff really works hard to make your stay worth while! I would stay here again!
Our room good really hot like too hot! Called the desk and they had it fixed 15 mins!
good comfortable hotel,
the rate of the room for new years eve , way too high for the value.
location to Clifton hill was convenient
Not a big fan of the TIF fee - opted out of paying. Room smelled like wet dog.
Large and spacious room, friendy staff, fresh omelets, beautiful pool and spa, great location near Clifton Hill attractions. Pool has great hours (6AM to 11PM). Special mention to Rick who works at The Keg.
Well all was excellent.
Clean and comfortable
Channel selection on TV
lower floor level than expected, no view of river or falls as expected
This is my choice of hotel when ever I travel to Niagara ON and I am never dissapointed. Great staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and the proximity to everything is awesome.
The 11 CAD per day for parking.
Loved the room with jacuzzi and fireplace. Very clean. Great having the Keg there!
Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were awful.
Spacious and comfy room. Friendly staff Very good location for all the local sights.
Checking in was a problem took over an hour as computer was broke and he'd to get it redone again on the second day
The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a good location. We had a good meal in the hotel restaurant.
The toilet was so close to one wall that you could not sit down without hitting the toilet tissue, while there was a considerable amount of room on the other side of the toilet. Grave building error. Also we were informed after the fact that our stay did not qualify for the rewards program since we had booked it through a third party. And this was after we ate in the hotel restaurant which advertised additional reward points.
Central location with great room and everything nearby. You can walk or like us we took a tour that pick us up at the hotel.
The room had a Jet tub. Was clean and mostly very nice.
Our king sized bed had queen sized linens. It was 40 deg. outside. the room was cold. when I stated so, the desk clerk said the motel doesn't turn on the heat till tomorrow. There was a hockey game (or what it sounded like) in the hallway till 1:300 am.
Quiet and clean room. A decent business travellers option. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Certainly was not a room with a view - s/b greater discount. Surprised to find a tub in the middle of the room - great for sexy get away nights, weird design otherwise.
The concierge staff were excellent and friendly, and explained things clearly and without showing that this was the 100th time of explanation that day (which it undoubtedly was!). Staff in The Keg (hotel bar/restaurant) was very well-informed, friendly, and welcoming. The special desk in the lobby devoted entirely to things to do in Niagara and how to do them was a very welcome surprise, and extremely useful! Other large hotels should copy this idea.
WiFi worked fine on a ChromeBook, but only once (at setup) on an iPod Touch 5. This was an inconvenience, nothing more, but didn't appear to be user error.
The location was great.
We were upgraded to a Junior Presidential suite, which initially, we thought was great. But the room was dirty. There were hairs all over the tub and shower (and blue sticky stuff on the shower walls), which I actually cleaned myself using disinfectant wipes. The floor in the bathroom had not been swept. The walls were thin and we were awakened at 3:30am by our next door neighbors "activities". It was just very disappointing considering it cost us $492.00 for two nights. This is our second bad experience at a Marriott this year alone, and I'm afraid I'll never book a room with them again. We travel often and stay in hotel rooms every 4-6 weeks.
We were close to the casino restaurants & bars so we could walk everywhere
Close to the Falls. Within walking distance.
Close to restaurants. good walking distance to Falls and attractions, Spacious room. Well supplied. Good wi-fi
Paid parking a little high for season. Limited TV channels with no channel guide
jacuzzie... nice room
Hotel was very comfortable and everyone was nice.
Breakfast was not included in the room price
The wifi, although free, did not work well.
We expected it to be just some standard room but when we walked in and a jacuzzi bathtub and this gorgeous room it was amazing, totally unexpected. It was nice that they had an indoor pool even though we never had the chance to take advantage it was nice to still have as an option. Also %20 off at the Keg was a nice option as well. Overall amazing experience would definitely go there again!
On the online posting it had said parking was included but when we got there we didn't expect them to mean we had to pay extra per night. Considering we payed over $200 maybe they should consider including parking without extra cost.
