Beautiful log-type lodge, wonderfully decorated. Beautiful outdoor surroundings. Gracious hosts, especially Kit who cooked us wonderful breakfasts each morning, and does all her own baking. We did not want to leave after 4 days, and are definitely coming back!

    Absolutely nothing!

The tranquility, setting, breakfast menu was excellent, hospitality of the host and hostess who made us feel like "long lost friends". Without hesitation, if we were to visit the Cowichan Valley again, we would make sure we have made reservations well in advance of our visit.

Absolutely nothing with the Resort or our welcome and stay. However, the dining venues in Cowichan Lake are limited unless one is willing drive to Duncan or Port Renfrew. There were no eateries to be found in Mesachie Lake, Honeymoon Bay or Youbou.
