Great amenities and cabins were nice.
Not having a key left when I had arranged a late check in.
The location is convenient, right off of highway 1. It had a full kitchen with a full sized fridge. We only stayed one night, so didn't use the kitchen much, except for the microwave. The hot pool was relaxing. A couple of restaurants a short drive away.
The convenience of being near the highway had the disadvantage of traffic noise. There was also noise from passing trains. My children found the hide-a-way bed very uncomfortable with springs that poked them during the night. I didn't like that they charged extra for use of the pools. There was also an extra charge to walk on the bridges, so we didn't go on them.
I liked the cute single wide trailers as "suites".
Too close to Railroad. Stopped counting after 11 trains -complete with horn- went by. All hours. Only one staff member was friendly. Bathroom in room wasnt cleaned when we got there, had to call for them to come attend. Too pricey to go view waterfalls. Shouldn't have to pay when staying there. Nothing close for restaurants.
For the amount we paid it would have been better to push through & book a place in Revelstoke. The train running through the back of the property every hour blowing its whistle did not make for a restful night's sleep. Definitely not a place I would recommend staying at.
Great place to stay, will deffinitely stay again!
Had to leave lol
No landscaping it is all gravel and weeds with an overgrown pond area that is a mosquito breeding ground stuck between a highway and numerous train tracks the mold the wasp nest on our deck the dead bugs in my sons bed The uncomfortable bed the lack of seating inside If you are going to call yourselves a resort maybe the pools should be included in the over priced stay! Never opened on time was up at the office a 9:15 two of the three mornings(they open at 9) and the doors were still locked!
