Linda has thought of everything! The room was comfortable and the sound of the creek flowing outside your window was very soothing. Being able to sit on the large deck looking at the mountains while sipping wine could get habit-forming. Couldn't have been better.

The owner (Linda) is most gracious and has thought of everything to make your stay elegant and comfortable. The location on a hillside with beautiful landscaping and exquisite interior decor. Fell asleep to the sound of the waterfall!

    Nothing.

We were made to feel so welcome. Linda's local knowledge was fantastic and after quizzing us about our interests she gave us some ideas of where to go/what to do. Her breakfasts are amazing, and I don't have the words to describe falling asleep listening to the creek and watching the moon come up over the lake.

Nothing, for some the 15 minute drive to Nelson if you want to find somewhere to eat might be a chore but for us we loved bring just out of the town centre. The views and the sound of the creek made up for that.

Linda has done a fantastic job. We were immediately invited to the party next door, how awesome is that? The B&B is located a 15 min drive outside Nelson downtown, overlooking the water. The room is beautiful and right next door to the home is a little creek/waterfall which made for a very comforting sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Recommended! We'll be back very soon.

    Nothing!

Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and nicely presented. Hostess was friendly and helpful.

A B&B closer to downtown would have been preferable. With only one room available we did not have the opportunity to meet other guests at breakfast.

Creek side was located in a great area between Ainsworth and Nelson, and Linda was absolutely wonderful! Including her adorable cats! The food was the most delicious of delecasies, including eggs Benny, baked walnut French toast, and baked eggs. The room was cozy and the bed had very comfortable bedding. I would strongly reccomend this bed and breakfast to everyone I know, and my husband and I would be looking forward to returning in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. Linda was an excellent hostess. She was warm and lively. Her home was very clean. Her yard was very pretty and well tended. The food was delicious. The most wonderful part to us was the view! We were looking for a place that had a wonderful view of the water, trees, and mountains; was in a quiet neighborhood; and was close enough that we could run to town to shop or eat. This location gave us all of these. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the small waterfall on the creek that was right outside our window. I would recommend this B & B to everyone.

There was nothing we did not like. It was all great. Wish we would have had a few more days there.

We were so impressed with everything on our trip to Nelson! Linda welcomed us into her beautiful home, our room was large, comfortable, and the furnishing was what I would call elegantly Canadian. Her homemade breakfasts were excellent, a great way to start our day! We had a great time at the hot springs just up the road, dined at some top notch unique spots downtown Nelson upon the recommendation of our lovely hostess, and rode some awesome powder at Whitewater just South of town! We will most definitely be back.

This is a lovely home! The room was decorated simply, but lovely! We enjoyed the friendly visit with Linda and the ambiance of her home. Linda was very accommodating with our dietery needs when it came to the breakfast, and we certainly appreciated that! It was a wonderful breakfast. Although some might find the location a bit 'rural' it was just what we wanted and it was close to our planned visit to Ainsworth Hot Springs. With the bedroom window slightly open, the sound of the creek lulls you to sleep!

Our experience at Creekside was a highlight of our already wonderful visit to Nelson BC. We opted for B&B because we wanted a more personable, homelike, quiet place and this we found above all expectations. Not only was every detail done tastefully but Linda became a friend and went above and beyond the call of hostess. The setting was so peaceful and relaxing and the breakfast exquisite. Thank-you, Linda, for offering your heart and home. We hope to be back one day.

The welcome was lovely from Linda the owner. The bedroom had a thick, cream carpet, wonderful handmade wooden bed and beautiful bed linen. The well appointed bathroom had luxurious towels and good toiletries. Linda's home made breakfast was very generous and excellent and all her cutlery etc was very good quality.

The house was about 15 mins drive outside Nelson.
