1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται CAD 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο όταν χρησιμοποιεί το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται CAD 10,00 ανά νύχτα για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Price and location as well as friendly staff and a continental breakfast included. Overall, a good deal. The hotel was lacking a little in the amenities department, and I had to ask for soap for the shower because there was none provided. The website said there was a coffee maker in the room, which I never saw. Considering the price, I didn't expect a whole lot, and it was certainly satisfactory for an overnight stay. |

it was quite quiet at night and i slept pretty well i dont like that there were only lamps but no room lights, i didnt like that the bathtub had no wall especially since the curtains were long enough to cover the whole window |

It was cheap for the area. We had insisted on a smoking room. We were put into a non smoking room. When we confronted the desk about this... we were told..'smoking or not smoking is a 'request' only.' We believed we were paying up front and should be getting what we paid for. The clerk was rude and basically told us 'take it or leave it'. Ive stayed at a lotta hotels, but i've never been confronted in this manner. |

It was one to a few blocks away from anything I wanted to do and it was overall perfect for the weekend stay. Everything was clean, everything worked and the bed was quite comfortable. I do not like how poorly it has been raited because people are too picky. The television only got basic basic cable... But really, when you are right downtown in Niagara Falls, you are pretty boring if you spend your time in a room watching tv. Get out more! There was free coffee in the lobby, so really why can someone not just head in for a minute on their way out? You have to go past the office anyways! It is a fine hotel. If you are going to complain about things, spend the extra money and stay in a luxury suite please... You could have spared me from doubting my reservation until I arrived. |

The hotel is very central & just off the main drag. Despite this there was little noise The hotel is in two parts, a modern building & older motel style facilities. The motel facilities are dated & perhaps reflected the price paid. The receptionist was very confused at check in & annoyingly gave no advice re room location |

We liked the cleanliness of the room. We did not like the surprise at checkout when we found we were charged $10 for parking. We should have been made aware of that when we made the reservations on line or at least when we checked in. We feel $10 is excessive. |

convenience to casino, shops, restaurants the room was old, vanity was coming away from wall, only one bar of soap, air conditioning was loud and left the room damp. Just not a place you wanted to spend any time in. And, $10 to park in their lot??? Come on. |
