We liked the cleanliness of the room. We did not like the surprise at checkout when we found we were charged $10 for parking. We should have been made aware of that when we made the reservations on line or at least when we checked in. We feel $10 is excessive. |

convenience to casino, shops, restaurants the room was old, vanity was coming away from wall, only one bar of soap, air conditioning was loud and left the room damp. Just not a place you wanted to spend any time in. And, $10 to park in their lot??? Come on. |

was close to activies The room was not up to standards. It really needs an overhaul but for the price the room fitted the price because of a smoking room it should of been much better do not comdem smoking. |

the room is spacious, the location and services in the room is great no coffee maker, less channels on the tv, hot water runs out quickly, the staff is not very helpful, unfriendly and very slow.. |

Clean comfortable room. We (and all other guests), were not advised at time of check-in, that their TV service was out of order since the previous week, and only a few hazy channels were available through an antenna system. No discounts were offered for this lack of proper TV service. |

L'hotel est proche des chutes a quelque minute de marche et on est arrivé au centre d interet de Niagara (avenue Clifton Hill).je le recommanderais puisqu'il est proche des chutes a pieds. Je parle anglais mais je suis francais et il faut vraiment savoir parler anglais puisque personne le parler, la télévision fonctionner trés mal et ceux dans les deux chambres que j avais louer, pas de frigo ni de cafetiere dans la chambre. |
