The location was excellent

The room had a strong cigarette smoke smell

I booked a room with two beds. When I got there the room given was not cleaned. Went back to front desk.gave me another room but it had one bed. Went back to front desk ,gave another room which was better. Front desk staff did not even apologise and was unfriendly.

We liked the location of the hotel as it was 2 min. Walk from Clifton Hill. Tons of hotels and resturants everywhere.

The rooms were very dated, the television didnt work, the heartshaped tub was dated and dirty. The cleaning lady missed cleaning our room one day and we used dirty towels the next day. Beware of tif Fees on your Reciept. It's an unknown Tourist fee that was charged each day to my cc#.

Overcharging me 10.00 for a clifton hill view when my reservation clearly stated 'overlooks clifton hill'

Love the location

Good location only a few mins. from the main attractions. The hotel room is clean and decent.

I had to wait up to 30 mins to check in because only one person worked at the pront desk.

Quick and efficient booking, checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff (could answer our questions about where to find things like restaurants).

The location was great-really close to Clifton Hill but the noise wasnt a problem. The staff were really good. I had a problem with my shower which they fix within five minutes of my complaint.

Their technology was a bit old. They had trouble with my Visa Debit card- this happens often when companies dont update their payment machines-but this was the first time I had trouble at a hotel. Parking was $10 a day.

It was close to lots of places to eat and really close to Clifton Hill and the casino.

The rooms were clean but carpet and chairs were stained. The heat stopped working in both rooms we were moved into. The hotal does not seem to keep on top of upgrades. They really should put some money into it. We also did not get a sofa bed in either room. Instead it was a small child size cot. The description said two queen and sofa bed. First room was a double, queen, and cot. Second was queen, queen, and cot. After the heat went in the second room we were given a space heater because we didn't want to move again.

The hotel is good, the room was clean.

I have a small problem with the bill but it was easily solved by email. The staff worked greatly and quickly to solve this issue. The hot water was not working properly during my stay, but I don't know if it is a temporary problem or not.

Hotel was straight from the 80s. Staff very unhelpful and cleaners walked into room at 9 in the morning without knocking, reception staff just laughed both when I phoned and complained at checkout.

I would have to say the price was great along with the friendly staff and size of the room. It was close to everything and within walking distance to all the attractions !!!
