not much other than price. cold drafty rooms.no elevator in motel section. 4 flights up.stairwells dirty and smelly.no phone in room, only 2 paper cups.t.v. was small ,old, no cable tv or decent channels. |

I liked the fact it was close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions. It's walking distance to everything. There was a lot of noise, it was very hard to sleep at night. At reception they tell people no noise after 11pm but there was plenty noise going on until 4am. |

The friendly and informative staff were great especially the staff at the front desk. Excellent quality for price a definite recommend... They only provided one bar of soap and only shampoo. |

The Shower was awful...hot to cold consistantly throughout. Peeling ceiling in bathroom...outdated. The room had a strange smell. Didn't feel clean. |

We were upgraded,which was a very nice surprise when we arrived.The staff were extremely freindly and very helpful.It was our 27th anniversary and each one of the staff gave us their best wishes(on different shifts).We were impressed. We think the price for parking should be incorporated in the price of the room.That extra $10 a night was annoying.We didn't pay it we parked the car else where. |

The staff were the absolute best part. Very friendly, enthusiastic, full of Christmas cheer and couldn't do enough for us. It made the trip very memorable. Pool area and hot tub were beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Awesome experience!! |

Price and location as well as friendly staff and a continental breakfast included. Overall, a good deal. The hotel was lacking a little in the amenities department, and I had to ask for soap for the shower because there was none provided. The website said there was a coffee maker in the room, which I never saw. Considering the price, I didn't expect a whole lot, and it was certainly satisfactory for an overnight stay. |

it was quite quiet at night and i slept pretty well i dont like that there were only lamps but no room lights, i didnt like that the bathtub had no wall especially since the curtains were long enough to cover the whole window |

It was cheap for the area. We had insisted on a smoking room. We were put into a non smoking room. When we confronted the desk about this... we were told..'smoking or not smoking is a 'request' only.' We believed we were paying up front and should be getting what we paid for. The clerk was rude and basically told us 'take it or leave it'. Ive stayed at a lotta hotels, but i've never been confronted in this manner. |

It was one to a few blocks away from anything I wanted to do and it was overall perfect for the weekend stay. Everything was clean, everything worked and the bed was quite comfortable. I do not like how poorly it has been raited because people are too picky. The television only got basic basic cable... But really, when you are right downtown in Niagara Falls, you are pretty boring if you spend your time in a room watching tv. Get out more! There was free coffee in the lobby, so really why can someone not just head in for a minute on their way out? You have to go past the office anyways! It is a fine hotel. If you are going to complain about things, spend the extra money and stay in a luxury suite please... You could have spared me from doubting my reservation until I arrived. |
