Cleaning staff is either not trained or have no interest in doing the job. only one visit in 4 days stay.
Filthy, terrible air quality
The picture on site does not show the back of the hotel where they have old rooms and the room we has was dated, wallpaper was peeling everywhere. Just not what I expected....... I did not expect 5 star but I would only put it at a 1-2star o ly
Room is dated. Toilet did not work properly had to get it fixed. Mold on base boards. Old and noisy air conditioner and did not throw sufficient cool air. Parking too far from room.
Staff was friendly and location was perfect
Disappointed that room had no fridge and the phone did not work. Informed staff that phone was not working with no results. Also I think that customers should be told upfront about deposit fees and parking fees
Hotel was so convenient for Clifton Hill, the casino, good eating places, better than the fallsview area. The area is a bit quieter. Staff were friendly and very helpful.Good for the price and will probably stay again because of the location.
Beds were rock hard.Hotel does need some updating, towels were well worn but clean. Shower was not very strong at all!
Spacious rooms. Jetted tub!! Helpful and caring staff. Large fridge with freezer. Wifi was easy to use and connect to. Parking set up is great with the check in/ check out spots up front. Would come back in future.
Long lines at front desk. Need more staff working the front desk to help improve wait time and answer phones. Hot tub was too hot. Wine glasses for rooms is necessary in wine country. Drinking nice wine from a paper cup feels very tacky and cheap.
handy to all the action in town. Reception made us welcome. Wished we could have stayed longer
Lack of coffee making facilities in room.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. We only stayed one night and didn't do anything there but sleep and leave. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. If you have a limited budget and want to stay in the heart of clifton hills and don't mind a budget hotel it's ok for one night.
The air conditioner was not right. If seemed humid in the room. We were lucky it was chilly at night so it wasn't too bad for one night. We stayed in another hotel the next 3 nights. What a difference. We paid more and got what we paid for. Excellence. The rooms are dated and slightly shabby, but clean. Make sure you stay in the tower and possibly on top floor because there is a strong chlorine smell from the pool. We stayed in re 702, a good choice. No view but who cares.
・location is great.
・wi-fi network doesn't work at midnight.
location close to the strip walking distance to attractions
room was a little out dated
location clean room
front desk staff were very disorganized
close to everything
the price wasnt worth the money. we were on the 2nd floor had to walk up the stairs.
proximity to all the attractions
- not cleaned very well - shower was plugged and had gross hair everywhere from a previous guest. - curtains had blood on them and were in disrepair (didnt close) - the place was just old and worn out needs to be updated like its neighboring Days Inn on Cliffton Hill.
I liked the location, and the fact that applebees is downstairs. Our room was on the second floor, facing out to clifton hill and heard next to none street noise. Beds were comfy enough and had a mini fridge WITH a freezer. Overall was a pleasent stay with a decent price.
Needs to be an adult only swim time near the end of the night. Went down to the pool and hot tub at 10pm to relax and was disappointed to find there was a bunch of kids playing. Needless to say it wasn't very relaxing. Other hotels don't allow kids after 10 p.m. so that more mature people can relax. It would be great if this and all hotels adopted this practice.
Good location to Clifton hill
Facility is run down, many repairs needed throughout the property, from doors, ice machines, unsafe walkways, phone didn't work, poor quality patch jobs, list goes on.
it would be nice to have mini fridge in the room
I have stayed here several times and will be back again
It was close to everything like restaurants, amusement centers and shops
We waited for more than an hour for the room to be ready. And why one staff at the rece
friendly and helpful staff great location great value room had a fridge and microwave
carpet was a bit stained a few extra towels would be good
room was clean and roomy and hotel was close to all things you want to see in Niagara. staff at front desk were very helpful in getting us to different locations.
I like the location, very close to main attractions.
I have stayed at Days Inn Hotels in many cities including Days Inn at different location in Niagara Falls. This was by far the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The key to the room did not work. I had to take it back to the front desk several times to be activated. My family and I were eventually able to get into the room with help from hotel staff but getting into the room proved to be a labour intensive exercise each and every time. My family and I basically had to push our way into the room that we were paying for. We were assigned one of the rooms outside the main hotel building with no elevator access. Getting into the room with our baby on a stroller proved to be a nightmare. If you have a young child on a stroller, or if you are disabled or elderly, this hotel is definitely not for you. There was also no telephone in the room, which meant that we could not even call the front desk if we had a problem in th room. We complained about this to the hotel staff but they shrugged their shoulders and showed no concern at all. If you are visiting Niagara Falls with the intention of having a good time, stay as far away from this hotel as you can.
They need to update the wifi signal and improve television reception and cable.
