Location for price was excellent
Cable channels were not great especially for young children, should add tvo kids and treehouse. Beds were not to comfortable either.
Awkward determining correct setting on heater.
the denial of customer service
jacuzzi didn't work sauna didn't work
Upon arrival we were told the elevator was out of service so we could walk out to the parking lot and up 4 flights of stairs and all the way around to our room at the front of the hotel or we could come back later after the service men arrived. We left to get some lunch(on site restaurant was closed for the season?) and we decided we did not want to stay here. We returned to the hotel and told front desk staff we did not want to stay and gave reasons. The did nothing for us and told us that because we had used booking.com we could not get a refund so it cost us $150 to NOT stay at this hotel.
The hotel was close to all the entertainment and restaurants. A quick walk to the falls as well
There was no indication if you chose a standard room you for got one of the outside motel rooms with rusty and moldy bathrooms and temperamental heating.
Booked a last minute hotel at a great price... Really wasn't expecting much, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. The king bed was stupidly comfortable and the room was huge.
The breakfast was pretty weak and we could hear some people slamming around on our floor. Might have been the door to the courtyard.... Ours was tough to shut.
The staff was helpful upon arrival. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It's a short walk to Clifton hill, and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. There is a shuttle bus that goes from Remmingtons beside the hotel, to the casino.
The ceiling was peeling and in some places falling apart. There were cracks down the ceiling throughout the room. The toilet didn't flush. The handle was broken off. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The "hot" setting in the shower was actually freezing cold. No one cleaned our room, we stayed for two days. There was a closet but no hangers. There was no iron, we had to request it. We sent a request through booking.com for a late check out, extra pillows and extra towels, all of which we did not get.
hottub is not working
No parking anywhere for handicap people like me
Good location . Pool . Hot tub .
Court yard rooms do not look like the rooms in the online pictures . They need updating .
Hotel was in a great location and on the WE GO bus route with a stop right outside of hotel. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Staff very helpful. You do not need a car here as attractions and falls within a few mins walk. Great Stay,
We were in courtyard room and at check-in we were warned that it would be noisy but to move inside the tall building would have cost us $20 extra, if they knew it was noisy (young partiers), and they knew we were there to race in the morning, they should have switched us! When we were woken at 2:30, we couldn't connect with the front desk so we asked the folks to be quiet and lucky for us they did The room was old and could use some updating
D room was cold n d heating was not working.and there was few people outside making a lot of noise.d towels were clean but discolored.
Location Staff Room size Pool Fridge Price
Wi-fi was very weak, no connection No full length mirror Daily parking fee
Very good location - literally across the street from all attractions restuarants etc
My wifi didn't work until I was ready to leave
We go twice a year every year and never disappointed!!! Location great staff nice as always. This time we all got free upgrades we will be back in the spring
The location is not far from the falls
The carpet of the room is dirty, also they charged us $10.00/day for the parking when in fact there are lots of parking available.
Location price. Staff very nice. I've stayed here several times and continue to come back. Speaks for itself.
The rooms could use some updating. Although clean
Sauna not working, not enough towels in room or pool
Good location, clean, Applebee restaurant attached, handicap ramps.
Bathroom was very, very small. Parking was $10 per day extra.
The location is excellent ,the rates are good ,like in life ( I guess one gets what they pay for )
The room along side of the main building are tired worn down . The carpet are dirty and soiled the doors seemed as if they have been broken into several times ,the curtains do not close properly. The swans on the bed look silly in a room like is offered .I will stop writing because I will go over the 200 characters
Liked being close to casino, and clifton hill. Nice pool. I liked that the blue line bus was very close so you can hop on and go where you want to go.
The court yard rooms need to be updated. I turned on air conditioner and it smelled bad and was noisy. Carpets are stained bad. (motel part) I know the hotel rooms are great i have stayed in them before. Not all things that are advertized are there. Need to update what their extras are or lack of. One thing that really ticked me off is i looked all over their ads and i have not found that they charge $100.00 upfront for "problem guests who destroy things" For me, I was on a budget i wish i knew about this ahead of time. I have stayed at this hotel many times and always been in hotel part last time two years ago. Never had to pay the $100.00.Yes you do get your money back but they said it will be back in 3 days after i am home. My advice would be if you go to this hotel pay the extra money and get in the hotel and not in the (motel) Courtyard.
1. Staff 2. easy to the Casino, 3.Close to everything fun. 4. Great prices for stay.
didnt know about the $100. incendental hold. not mentioned in the ad. Been here many times before and didnt have to pay this. But yes you get it back at the end of your stay. Not good when your on a budget. asked if there was a computer room they said no but on their site says in business room. Needs to be updated in the court yard rooms.
Staff was nice.
The fact that we 100$ to stay one night, pay 10$ for a parking space in an underground garage and get NO sleep because the beds sucked, it was a total waste. The beds had sink holes in the center, springs poking you and sheets that didn't fit or stay on the bed. The pillows we massive piles of hard lumps. You can't tell me we were the first ones to notice. Staff said they would evaluate the bed frame??? Really?
