Good value for money-for a business trip. Would not recommend it as a luxury holiday. A little dated.

Friendly staff , price was desent for being Dec 31 th , room was clean and spacious , After signing a waiver agreeing not to smoke in the room , no noise , and a few other things , which I have no issue with . The noise and banging on doors at 3:00 A. m . was not appreciated, taking a shower at 9:00 a m , there was no hot water , and at minimum you had to flush the toilet twice to get rid of the waste , not vary eco friendly.

The location I didn't like the surcharge of $10 per night for parking. How would you know this ahead of time besides doing research.... Did they want travellors to come without their cars? The third floors ice machine and pop machine didn't work. And they don't supplement with a fridge in the room. What can you do, the price is right.

It was at a decent location - however spending that kind of money, I couldve stayed at a higher end hotel. Terrible value. The front desk staff were incredibly rude on check in, the hotel room was disgustingly dirty, one of the 2 beds didn't have the appropriate sheets on it, it was extra (on top of an already ridiculous price for value) to have a mini fridge in the room, the toilet didn't flush, the inside door lock was broken ( when we called to switch rooms or try to get our money back because we were uncomfortable - they tod us it was "fine") - among many others, this was a terrible stay, I've already told many people not to stay at this hotel, ever.

Friendly staff and good services. Good housekeeping. Nice comfortable room. No elevators to use checking in or out. I should have had an accesssible room. It was offered afterward but I declined. Wi-FI service was inconsistent for my stay but was fixed up twice by calling the front desk.Do not agree with having to pay $10.00 a day for parking. I could have parked my Truck a block and a half away for a total of $6.00 for 3 days instead of $30.00 plus tax for 3 days.

The location A terrible hotel!! We were given room 122 and that room was already being used. We were then given the room next door 120. This room had a noisy air conditioning system difficult to get any sleep and required updating. A few flies came through the air conditioning system. View out of bedroom window was a building site!!. The coffee machine in our room was broken and my wife asked at reception if it could be repaired and could we have more tea and coffee (only 1 sachet in room). At reception they promised to repair the coffee machine and when we checked out of the hotel this had not been done. The hallways were not kept clean beside the ice machine and beside the door leading to the pool. A member of staff called Pat was very helpful with transport and how to get to the falls.

It has a good location and you can walk to everything in the course of the day. Wear good shoes. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Pretty much what we wanted in a hotel. The Hotel is part of a larger group and gives discounts at their restaurants and the use of the 14th story observation room at the hotel across the road. Very nice view and empty when we went. The hotel has a normal parking lot without security or anything but charges $10 to park there. A fridge or microwave can be rented for $10 a night. A local call is 80 cents a min. The cheap rate of the room can get padded up pretty fast. The hotel is three stories tall but there are no elevators. If you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit of a haul.

requests were quickly catered to. the girl working the last night before checkout wasnt too patient with getting information for me about whether or not the sauna was open because "the system was down" she could have offered to call me back once the system was up and running to provide me with the information i needed.
