Close proximity to the falls and local amenities. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very close to eating places. The parking charges. In addition, the hotel was very noisy on the Saturday night as it appears that it is used as a base by groups of visiting young men and women who are going on the town. The Sunday night was fine. On arrival, we had to sign a written agreement about noise! The particular receptionist on arrival (no name badge being worn) although curteous, was very matter of fact and not at all customer orientated. |

i didnt like anything Yes, i didnt like that it was posted as 58$ but then you have to pay 12$ for parking and plus tax it all adds up to 78$ where we could have stayed at a really nice hotel for like 10$ more. We only got 9 channels, our bedside light didnt work and the walls were thin as paper. Over all it was not very nice at all and it was pretty far from the falls. |

It was close to the falls and everything else and also the parking was very convenient. Yes, the only thing I did not like is that we were in the 3rd floor and we had quite a bit of luggage which we had to carry all the way up to the 3rd floor. An elevator would be very helpful specially if you have someone with disabilities. |

The hotel manager was excellent. Very helpful The enamel on the bath tub had been chipped away. Evidence of water damage where the ceiling and the walls meet |

Convienent to the falls and activities. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to everything. It needed a good cleaning the carpet in our room was disgusting. |

The manager and staff were very attentive upon check-in/check-out, courteous, friendly and helpful. A very welcoming experience to the Niagara Falls area. Hotel was easy to locate from the Buffalo airport and rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. It is located within walking distance to the Falls, restaurants and attractions (falls adventures, casino, etc). I would definately stay at the Days Inn Fallsview again. |

Clean Local and toll free phone calls are expensively charged even if the call does not goes through. Hotel staff does not take the responsibility to inform guests about this unpleasant terms of service at check in. They do not hand you a remote control either. Very low quality service. |

I was displeased that the staff were rude and rolled their eyes at the people in front of me. My brother in law was on crutches and the lady at the desk did not offer us a room on the first floor because this hotel is not wheelchair friendly< instead she told him to slide down the stairs on his behind. Really who says that? She was very rude and made no attempt to do anything to help us out. I was very displeased with this hotel and I will never stay here again. I will also never recommend anyone I know to stay here, quite frankly I would rather have slept in my car. I think this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, which is disappointing considering it was my birthday. |

L'emplacement La propreté : draps non changés, miettes de pain dans le lit. Le paiement en supplément du parking qui est imposé sur place (quasiment le même que celui du parking face aux chutes alors que le motel n'est plus réellement dans zone touristique !). |
