Spotlessly clean comfortable room, which was very quiet. the breakfast was somewhat costly, but delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. we would come again .

Rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Would be lovely in the summer with a large balcony. Temperature in the room was a bit difficult to control (too warm or too cold).

The front desk staff when I checked out. The cotton sheets. The temperature of the room. I checked in after midnight :- The front desk clerk was unpleasant and beligerant. There was no room service after 11pm. The constant sounds of fans. The pillows were lumpy. The room was not well vacumned.

Good location. Nice room. Parking associated with hotel expensive. There are cheaper options within a 1 block radius. The heating system on 20th floor extremely noisy. Had to turn it off to sleep after warming up the room.

I loved the room!!!! It was spacious and clean and beautiful. I loved the salt water pool!!!! The buffet breakfast was divine! We as a family enjoyed our stay at this hotel the best of any hotel ever! The air quality in the room was wonderful - especially important since I have asthma. The whirlpool could have been a lot warmer. The pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer. The pizza in room service was terrible. The front lobby usually smelled weird. Otherwise the air in the room hallways was clean and clear.

The wireless internet did not work for me. After phoning the front desk and getting routed to network support, they could not fix the problem. Thus I went the entire stay without internet connection. When I checked out, I notice my name spelled incorrectly on the bill. They should simplify their security procedures to avoid passing support issues.

Location Poor cleaning was evident as food orts in the crpet by the sitting table, in the corners. In light of recent publicity about hotel cleanliness, this should havge already been addressed.

Everything was clean and it's walking distance to all the stores and restaurants down town One of the front desk staff didn't seem to enjoy is job as much as the other staff that served us...he was a bit "coky" with the other couples that was with us.
