Nice, intimate and polite personnel. Everything smooth. Thanks Room heater is very much noisy in every start-up. This is a big demerit. tea-bags for one serving during the day are not enough (just 1) especially for a double room. |

The very satisfied with how courteous and accommodating the hotel staff were. The hotel shower had a horrible shower. Either really hot or really cold. No middle. Very dissatisfying. |

Spacious bedroom and bathroom; very comfortable bed; choice of thickness pillows; efficient elevators and good location. I had expected a bathrobe; prefer shower/bath gel to bar soaps and would really have liked a little fresh milk to be available for my tea (not a $7 glass from room service or a walk in the cold and wet to a corner store). Small things but after a cold, wet, tiring day these would have been appreciated. The check-out person did offer me a free breakfast which was generous (if not practical). |

Bed was comfortable; room was clean; staff friendly price was too high as compared to other hotels that were already sold out. |

The hotel was centrally located, the staff was fairly pleasant, and the room was clean. The amenities were not good, the swimming pool was filthy with what looked like mildew or mould growing profusely at the bottom. The whirlpool was out of order. The sheets on the kingsize bed did not fit so they they were coming off all night, also they were ripped. The breakfast at the club lounge, which was included in the prize of the superior category room, was stale. The printers, and the internet had issues. The room which was supposed to be a superior room with a sitting area was cramped and had no sitting area. The remote for the T.V. did not work. |

Very good location. 2 minutes walk from Metro station and close to the main street for shopping. Although the quality of the toilet articles were good, there is not standard goods e.g. shower cap and refrigerator in the room. |

Most things were fine especially the size of the room. The bathroom seems to need a bit of renovation. Wall paper was peeling off the walls and some parts of walls seemed bare. |

This is the second time I stay at the Delta Montreal. I really enjoy it because of its convenient location primarily, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the very comfortable rooms. Not really, it is what I expected and needed for that hotel. I will certainly come back!!! |

Hotel is centrally located which makes it easy to get around. Rooms were comfortable but may be in the market to be upgraded. All in all, the stay was good. |

The location of the hotel was convenient. The hotel looked old and rundown. The room was just OK. The toilet did not flush and the remote control for the T.V. didn't work properly. We had to wait a long time for the concierge to retrieve our bags and almost missed our train. |

good location in down town. 1. Carpet old - some bad smell. 2. Very much unarranged cables behind desk and TV rack - making question marks for hotel,s grade. 3. Maintaining facilities looks not good. |
