Gigantic room, great and convenient location. Clean and modern "design" room. Helpfull staff. Free wi-fi.
Parking was expensive and not really clean. No fridge/mini-bar in room.
coffee maker didn't work.
Comfortable beds and great location.
staff was very friendly, polite and helpfull.Good location.
Great location, close to shopping, restaurants of many varieties and muséums. Staff is very helpful, rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is globally quiet.
Comfort of the bed Having a balcony Speed of the elevators Underground parking Location near Place des Arts Being able to exit to Sherbrooke St from one level Quiet Ability to extend checkout for 2 hours
Piano player was a bit loud...not a BIG problem!
comfortable, very spacious
No fridge so its annoying if you want to keep foods for later on in the night
For the cost this room was great value, loved that I could open my patio door for fresh air
The rooms seemed to be renovated (new, modern, clean) and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff were so friendly. My 4 year old son got an ear infection and we had to extend our stay as he could not fly home. The hotel made sure we could stay in our room, my son received a plate of cookies and a get well card, we were given a fridge for his medecine. We had a room with access to the club lounge on the top floor, perfect especially with a child. And again the staff in the lounge were so friendly! and the location of the hotel is great. Definitely will choose the Delta next time we visit Montreal. I would recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
The pool area could be updated. Hopefully this is on their to-do list.
location is great, rooms clean and well equipped, modern decor
wait for elevators a little long, lack of newspapers, fan in bathroom was noisy
Clean, comfortable, excellent location
Room was much nicer than what I anticipated / had seen on web photos.
Major bummer was the bed, it was too soft for my and wife's liking. Manager explained they did not have other rooms with firmer mattreses which is a pitty because all else was great and we were going to make the Delta our home base for future trips. We will return if they can offer firmer beds in the future!
Very big Nice views Very clean Comfortable bed Big bathroom
No mini bar fridge
The location is perfect Room was big & clean Bath was big
Between buildings , no view
Hotel was very clean. Staff very attentive. Good location in Centreville - about a mile from Rue St. Paul and just north of Rue St. Catherines. In and out parking was fine. Room was huge and very accommodating. Had a special surprise for us when I mentioned we were celebrating a milestone birthday - complementary bottle of wine sent to the room. No qualms recommending the Delta.
Asked to be away from the elevator and our room backed up to one of the shafts. We could hear the relays thru the wall (sounded like a muted cellphone at times), but the room was also one of the largest on the floor according to the fire map. Not a deal-buster, though.
I liked just about everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was very very good and the proximaty to all I was interested in was great.
There was a bit of a problem in the evening with the street people sleeping outside the hotel and begging everytime you went by.
A comfortable bed.
I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for Delta Montreal in Sep 14 to be checked in in mid Oct 14 with a confirmation through Booking.Com. I arrived the check in counter at 10:30 pm and presented the confirmation print out, I was told that Delta got the instruction of booking 1 room, Delta sent some of us to another hotel in the city the first night and arranged us 2 more rooms the second night. I have no choice but to accept the arrangement so late that night. But I won't believe the problem was caused by the system; if it did, it should have caused much chao and many complaints before the incident happened to me and the hotel management would have fixed it. The worst is that I did not even get a verbal apology from the duty manager, Audrey Prevost, who handled my case.
On Sunday morning we left our room at 9 am. We were out of the hotel until 2:00 pm. When we returned the cleaning staff asked us when she could clean our room. We were going to relax before we went out for dinner. I felt that room should have cleaned earlier in the day
Had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Location great. I would recommend this hotel for sure
Just wish there had been a small fridge in the room as we had travelled 7 hours and had some food that went bad
