We stayed at the Delta for our 5 years and it was a great experience! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay here as would recommend anyone to check it out for themselves! Thank you for making our annaversary memorable!!
The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly
Very friendly staff. Fresh apples at the front desk. Large comfortable and updated room. Great location.
The swimming pool
There should be a refrigerator and a safe in the room
all the above
quebecs continuous construction!
Very nice room, comfy bed. Nice shower. Goo location. Overall good value for money.
The cost of parking is quite high. Also the terrace could enjoy a chair or two- looks a bit unfinished.
The elevator was slow up and down
Guy painted walls when I was working out in the gym, the whole 60 minutes around me, painting baseboards.
The front desk attendant was excellent - the club level attendant was on her cell phone and was not overly warm. As a business traveler I was surprised at the cost of the drinks ( wine ) on the club level for what what it's worth it did not compare to other hotels I have stayed at.
The club The pool The lazy staff The staff was always standing around talking to each other or on the phone - the conceriage was too busy talking to a group of his co workers that I finally asked the front desk for help on food suggestions. Etc -
Clean rooms,brand new bathrooms,great location,nice stuff.
Very hot in the lobby, slow elevators,no safe box in the room.
Breakfast and dinner in the restaurants on the property; clean rooms; good location
Air conditioning too noisy in the room; hallway was dirty and food left in hallway for 2 days; no airconditioning in elevator; no movie service; long wait for elevator
Location is very good. bed is comfortable.
not very clean. balcony needs renovation was dirty and paint peeling off, no fridge, no breakfast, not enough parking spots even after paying $26.00/day parked in the driveway underground, elevator did not work the whole morning.
The room was spacious with a great balcony. Wonderfully large bathroom with a rain shower. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The Club Lounge breakfast and afternoon snacks were plentiful and varied. Central location. Close to metro and buses.
Pricey on holiday weekends, but so was all of Montreal. Parking was expensive. No room safe or mini bar or fridge.
The location was good, the room was big, the bed was comfortable.
The balcony was dirty, as if not fully renovated. The extra charges (taxes etc.) were extremely high, so if I knew this before I wouldn't have booked the hotel from the first place.
Excellent location and friendly staff.
General room get up and cleanliness, specially the verandah was very dirty.
The room was very spacious. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast was very good and coffee was supplied when the machine broke.
There is construction on the street to replace water mains. It is hazardous to walk and driving to the door is a challenge. It is dark on the street at night. The construction noise starts at 0630h and can be heard in the room. We arrived in the evening after a long drive. We were staying in a room with lounge privileges on the same floor. The first thing I was asked for our two night stay is if I would be willing to go to another hotel for the night at there expense as the computer system had crashed, and they were overbooked. I must admit this has affected my view of this hotel. We did not move to another hotel. The lounge is at the end of the hall. Guest seemed to forget some people might be sleeping early in the morning and the noise of the chatter as they walked to and from the breakfast area could be heard in our room.
The reception is very nice, the staff very friendly, and the fresh, spacious room was much better than our expectations. We had a great sleep, and I would recommend the hotel highly, with one exception...
Frankly, the parking garage was filthy dirty, cramped, not well lit, and the stairwell stunk of urine. Considering we had just arrived from a long drive, it is a terrible introduction to your hotel. I understand why you charge $26 per day for parking due to the downtown location, but I did not feel that my car was very safe down there, and I felt dirty coming out of the garage. You need to work on this, as it detracts from the many high points of the hotel.
Nice room, great bed and huge washroom
Lots of construction outside hotel and very loud at 7am
price and cost of parking no complementary coffee other than the ones provided in the room which are tasteless.
Excellent accommodations for devices; beautiful washroom; splendid accommodations.
Great value on the Club floor ! Breakfast and canapes were fantastic! Emma in housekeeping went above and beyond! She remembered our names and was very welcoming. We just loved her! Sabrina, a concierge in the Club Lounge ,was also great!
On busy mornings at breakfast in the club lounge, they need more than one staff member ... Unfair to expect one person to clean all those tables and stock the buffet when really busy. One person, especially on weekends, is not enough.
Front desk staff
Only think I don't like is housekeeper knock door early morning at 8:30am without check out
