Convenient for conference I was attending.

Close to subway to Bell centre, clerks very helpfull, English really good, loved the deck/ patio view from our room. People very friendly, would stay here again. King bed very comfortable, room was huge

Fan always on in bathroom, no seperate light, no patio chairs, Underground Parking, We had a toyota FJ Cruiser SUV and had trouble overhead scraping cement beams even though we made it without hitting the height safty sign outside the parking garage. we scraped a cement ceiling beam and had to walk along beside the toyota to make sure we did not hit anything. this was very scary for my wife who had to drive out of there. We made it with no damage to anything but if the lot had been more full we could not have avoided the beam and would have had to take the roof racks off the SUV to get out.

The hotel is clean and the location is great.

The taxi drivers who work outside the hotel were aggressive, which made me very uncomfortable. Two cab drivers had a confrontation in front of the hotel when I was looking to get a taxi. They pushed each other and roughly handled my luggage while pulling me into a cab. I was screamed at and it shook me up pretty badly. I realize this is not the actual hotel however they do have an agreement with one cab company to pick up guest. As a guest I should not have been exposed to this. I would use the hotel again but I would not use the services of the cab company that is associated with the hotel.

Room was very clean and convienient. Layout was nice. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Montreal. If pricing stays reasonable will stay again.

Make sure your damn rooms are cleans before you send your guests to their rooms

- the newly renovated rooms were fabulous. -- terrific service from the staff - outstanding value given the comfort and design level of the room.

- it's still a tourist class hotel. This was evident by the number of college students staying at the hotel over March Break. However, the management kept them secluded on two floors and hired extra security in the evenings to deal with potential rowdiness. I asked for a room as far away from them as possible and they complied. I've always stayed at this hotel and now that they've renovated, I'll continue to go back.

The location is perfect--just a few blocks from Place de Arts. And right in the middle of downtown. The staff are courteous, and the rooms are pleasant, clean, and quiet. I never hear any noise from other rooms or other guests. It is a peaceful oasis right in the middle of downtown Montreal.

The feather duvets on the beds are getting a little worn. All the feathers went to the bottom of the duvet, leaving just the lining for the upper part of my body, so I felt a little chilly at night.

Hotel reception and concierge staff were very helpful and respectful.

The hotel was very nice, great location and friendly staff. Our rooms were comfortable as well.

Parking was about $30 a night with the hotel, which was ludicrous because you could park down the road for $10. Wifi in the rooms was about $13 a day.Again, ludicrous. The staff was kind enough to bring up soem wine glasses to the room on request. Too bad they were spotty with lipstick stains all over them. This did not make us want to visit the hotel restaurant.

I'm glad it's being renovated because it 's showing signs of wear and tear.

The location was near the key meeting location in an office tower. The room rate special of $99 also helped in my choice. The staff were helpful and friendly so I would stay at this Delta again when I am in Montreal.

The first thing I noticed when walking in the lobby is wow! Very chick! The staff was amazing and always ready to help you. Once entering the room - WOW! Very clean and roomy, beautiful big room as well as a big bathroom. The beds were amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. There were signs that the hotel was undergoing a facelift, but heard no noises and no clutter. My husband and I loved our stay and we will be sharing our experience with them.

The pool was not at all what was described and did not look the same as the picture on your web site... I found that to be dishonest and a misrepresentation of the Hotel. I found the breakfast buffet to be very expensive, considering that it was a regular breakfast. (Eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, croissants, mini muffins, a variety of breads and pancakes, different jams and fresh fruits, and to finish a cereal section.) The price was 46$ for two but left paying 50$). We decided to have a night cap and found the drinks to be overly priced also at 11$ a glass... Next time I would consider going out for drinks instead of staying in... I've learned to ask how much things are or seeing a drink menu before entering the restaurant.
