over priced nothing special ,would not call it value for money overrated

was dissapointed is not family friendly , overpriced would not stay there , was not luxurious , dissapointed , had old fashioned television , not flat screen cheap feel to it , overpriced , dissapointed was a 2 to 3 star not 4 star as advertised

Upscale but not overbearing

Too many hidden charges like Internet and parking Would rather have these clearly stataedcat time of booking or included in the room rate

We liked the breakfast, but it was too expensive.

The toilet flash tank was not working and several times a day we made to fix it. Room 1123

The hotel was very nice, great location and friendly staff. Our rooms were comfortable as well.

Parking was about $30 a night with the hotel, which was ludicrous because you could park down the road for $10. Wifi in the rooms was about $13 a day.Again, ludicrous. The staff was kind enough to bring up soem wine glasses to the room on request. Too bad they were spotty with lipstick stains all over them. This did not make us want to visit the hotel restaurant.

I have stayed at the Delta Montreal more than a dozen times before. It was always excellent. This trip was not good. The room priced at $189.00 was worst than the room priced at $129.00. No hair dryer in the room and it was an ordeal to get one. It was a very cold night and we called for an extra blanket. The one that I receirved was over "worned" and looked like a rag. I used the Spa for the first time for a massage. Delta should not associate its name to that joke. Paid for a hot stone massage and received a Sweedish massage but was charged the higer price of the stone massage. Was told that I could charge massage to the room or use any credit card to pay: at the end they couldn't charge to the room and they did not take American Express which is the only card that I carry. I will give Delta another chance in the future but if it is not better, I will opt for the Hilton which is only 10 steps away. Thanks for asking and please share my review with Delta Montreal.

Great deal for a great price. Location is excellent. Close to the Bay and St Catherines and Sherbrooke. Walked to the plateau for dinner. Salt pool wonderful. Room size was larger than most with two double beds. Starting to show its age (carpets, bathroom) but still very acceptable. If you are rolling in on a Saturday, consider street parking. It is free from Sat 6pm until Sunday at 1pm and you will save up to $25 on hotel parking. We checked in at 3pm. Paid the meter for 3hrs ($9) to cover us until 6pm and we were right next to the entrance on City Councillors st.

Staff were very courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was excellent.

I'm glad it's being renovated because it 's showing signs of wear and tear.

The location was near the key meeting location in an office tower. The room rate special of $99 also helped in my choice. The staff were helpful and friendly so I would stay at this Delta again when I am in Montreal.

They didn't had our reservation in the computer. It took more time to find it finally in the office on a fax...

The first thing I noticed when walking in the lobby is wow! Very chick! The staff was amazing and always ready to help you. Once entering the room - WOW! Very clean and roomy, beautiful big room as well as a big bathroom. The beds were amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. There were signs that the hotel was undergoing a facelift, but heard no noises and no clutter. My husband and I loved our stay and we will be sharing our experience with them.

The pool was not at all what was described and did not look the same as the picture on your web site... I found that to be dishonest and a misrepresentation of the Hotel. I found the breakfast buffet to be very expensive, considering that it was a regular breakfast. (Eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, croissants, mini muffins, a variety of breads and pancakes, different jams and fresh fruits, and to finish a cereal section.) The price was 46$ for two but left paying 50$). We decided to have a night cap and found the drinks to be overly priced also at 11$ a glass... Next time I would consider going out for drinks instead of staying in... I've learned to ask how much things are or seeing a drink menu before entering the restaurant.

Pool area dirty, pool etc closed in the middle of the afternoon, sauna is in changing room unable to share with partner

Still clean, although getting old whihc you are fixing. No bed bugs

No complaints - looking forward to renovation
