Front desk accessibility & service. Our initial room was not suitable for our needs so we asked for a change. Front desk was so efficient in helping us re-locate in 10 minutes, even with our original bellhop. Pool time with my grand-daughter.
salt water pool
no small fridge.. at least have 1 small one in the room
The girl at the front desk said she was farelly new her name was. MAE she was very professional and good Humored
Food in restaurant was a bit cold
we were quite impressed with this place. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice size washroom with a nice shower head. The complete staff was very nice and helpful.
The only thing we were not impressed with was the cost of the dinner and breakfast buffet. Thought the cost should have been a bit lower for guest. But quality of food was very good.
Comforting and lovely
I like the front entrance with the beautiful flowers and like everything about your hotel. I like when we crossed the hallway to our rooms and there below is the swimming pools and you can see everyone having a great time. I pictured bring my young grandson to the hotel so he could enjoy his stay also. My husband and I will be back and it will be for pleasure and not medical. We enjoy everything about out stay.
The IBM cash machines went down and when you flew in on a plane for medical appointment and need cash it was not easy to leave the hotel and walk to a bank I know that the machines are not in your control, but that is the only thing that I have bad to say about my stay.
nice salt water pool
couldn't get adjoining rooms
I particularly enjoyed the service given especially from a lady called Mae who who was extremely helpful, very personable and showed genuine interest in the well being of her guest, we felt really welcomed. our experience was absolutely wonderful and i would like to thank Mae for making our stay special and Delta Toronto East. Raphael & Donna Caseman (The Wedding Guest) xx
The pool area and jacuzzi were not well supervised or monitored by staff. Ideally it would be beneficial to have an attendant ensure pool and jacuzzi are ready for use each morning. When myself and my wife wanted to use the jacuzzi it was not in a safe or suitable condition for use.
Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, very tastefully decorated. The whole hotel felt clean and modern. We had fun swimming at the pool.
Since we had small children and a lot of luggage it is a bit of a dreck from the front lobby to the tower elevators.
we like the pool, great for children
our bathroom ceiling and walls in shower filled with mold
If they provide fridge & micro in the rooms then will be excellent
Every thing is nice & clean but, the problem is there is no fridge & micro facility
We stayed in the Deluxe King on the 12th floor. Very comfortable and quiet rooms.
there was a lot of humidy and musty smell at the main lobby due to the open concept indoor pool (next to the lobby). Waited for the elevators for 25 minutes and the doors were rusted from the pool humidity.
The facilities and staff were 2nd to none...location was great...close to zoo & science centre & mall
Parking cost but I guess that's Toronto
service in the restaurant was excellent
Comfortable good facilities freindly staff
Breakfast too expensive We should have got room in the tower
Imbued with cheerfulness and a genuine interest in helping us with our accommodations requirements, the staff were amazing in every sense - at the reception/departure desk, in the restaurant and in the hallways (cleaners)! We have travelled widely and were super impressed by the wonderful folks working at the Delta!
The restaurant prices
Clean and nicely decorated rooms
Elevators were SLOW! Often had to wait for two or three elevators because one or more were not operating.
Kids 6 and under eat free. 12 & under half price Great supper buffet with lots of healthy choices (not just French fries and nuggets) They had 2 types of poached fish, chicken, pork, roast beef, 2 types of pasta. Excellent packages to Zoo, Ontario Science Center. My kids love this hotel.
Some of the other guests are just plain rude. Ie, Not holding the elevator, etc. Not the hotels fault it's just the society we live in.
Buffet dinner, pool/water slide
Smoker. No balconies but that's my own fault.
- Great location - Great staff - Comfort - Impressive pool
- Bathroom not 100% clean on arrival. - Need to pay for parking -It was hard getting a cart to carry our luggage when we were ready to leave.
Restaurant - buffet was great for kids and adults Water slide was so much fun Bathroom was clean and spacious and had big fluffy towels.
Elevators were very slow - long waits every time
Staff was very accommodating. They didn't receive my reservation, but quickly corrected the situation.
I didn't like that I had to pay fr parking. At this location there is no reason to have guest pay for parking. It isn't downtown Toronto or anything.
My children loved the pool and waterslide.
The hotel was close to the zoo - our primary destination - and there were several restaurants in the area. It was down the road about 10 minutes from the 407 (Kennedy Rd exit) and a stones throw from the 401, but still quiet.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. The room was quiet - food (room service) was delicious.
