We were just overnight waiting for our flight home. We tried to walk and find a restaurant to have some supper but I am handicapped and couldn't walk far enough so we did without. The fact there was no restaurant or a coffee shop made it difficult for us.Also, we would really have appreciated a free continental breakfast as the hotel price was high enough to include such a necessity. We had to pay our own cost. This was no business trip. |

Staff were very helpful at all times in particular the team in the breakfast restaurant. Slightly too far to the City centre for our purposes. |

The friendliness of the staff was nice - doorman was extremely friendly. They lost our "reservation" when we returned from Las Vegas - I booked on-line before going to Vegas, and at the same time, booked when we got home late in the evening (2:30 a.m.) we were very tired and had to wait for them to try and "find" our reservation - and I hope that they will not charge us for a "no show" |

It is pleasant, comfortable, practical and clean with everything we need at hand and any information easily obtained. In a week of staying at a few hotels in Canada yours was one that we will stay in again. The beds are wonderful! It is convenient being able to obtain boarding passes at the kiosk, leave our vehicle in your parking area and catch your shuttle to YVR. Thank you. |
