We liked the spacous room and the very comfortable beds and easy acsess to Airport and buses to City. We felt as clients were coming and leaving 24hrs. it should have had a coffee shop. |

The beds were extremely comfortable. The view from our room across the water. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Restaurant shut on Sunday evening and went to the Elephant and Castle. We were not advised to book a table but would have if we had known there would be a long wait. |

We were just overnight waiting for our flight home. We tried to walk and find a restaurant to have some supper but I am handicapped and couldn't walk far enough so we did without. The fact there was no restaurant or a coffee shop made it difficult for us.Also, we would really have appreciated a free continental breakfast as the hotel price was high enough to include such a necessity. We had to pay our own cost. This was no business trip. |

The friendliness of the staff was nice - doorman was extremely friendly. They lost our "reservation" when we returned from Las Vegas - I booked on-line before going to Vegas, and at the same time, booked when we got home late in the evening (2:30 a.m.) we were very tired and had to wait for them to try and "find" our reservation - and I hope that they will not charge us for a "no show" |
