Almost everything. We upgraded to a room on top floor, a corner room with double windows, and had use of the club. Had breakfast and appetizers at 5:00 at the club every day. Big down comforter on the bed. We were hot with it. Would have liked just a light blanket in place of comforter but we did not complain. Bed was very comfortable!

Great location and good sized rooms. Well laid out, comfortable and perfect to work from when the meeting is over. No spin bike in the gym..... no seriously this is the best I could do for something that is not good about the place :-)

We had a wonderful time here. Really couldn't fault it. Added to our overall enjoyment enormously. Some overnight noise, possibly from air conditioning units in surrounding buildings?

We upgraded our room to include the Signature Club! It was wonderful. The staff were fantastic especially Gina, COurtney and Allison. What a great bunch of girls ! I thought the Signature Club should have come with some discount off the movies. We enjoyed our room and hotel so much that we spent our evenings there however the cost of the movies is high.

Great location, easy walking distance to all of downtown, put lots of miles on my shoes Nothing you could control, the rain!!!! I have never seen rain like that in Vancouver, and been going there all my life!

Great bed linens! Quiet and restful. Excellent set up for a business traveller. Very safe feeling for a solo female traveller. Location, location, location! Missed the morning paper :(

Always stay here when in Vancouver. Good price, close to my customers and night life when work is finished. Staff are top notch. Breakfast is crazy expensive

The room was very clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel was within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the cruise ship terminal. The hotel staff was very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations. Can't think of a think.

Very convenient location near the harbour and a short walk from Gastown. The rooms, which are all suites (separate sitting room and bedroom), were very nice for a group and spacious.

It was clean. fresh, comfy bed, great view, lots of amenities - two flat screen tv's. fridge. Staff was eager to please. Smallish room, however it was well laid out.
