Very kind and efficient staff, e.g. I had problem with the WC in my bathroom and a technician was sent in 5 minutes; I needed a plug adaptor EU/US and they lent me one immediately, something I couldn't get in a 5 star hotel in Washington). Very good location close to public transport and the commercial/business centres. Confortable and ample suite (living room with small fridge plus a sleeping room). Reasonable quality/prive relationship compared to similar hotels in the same area. No "free" wi-fi in the rooms (at present it is only available in the lobby and the cafeteria). However, there are plans to make it fully available by mid 2011. Air conditining too high in the corridors of the hotel floors and the common spaces. Not very nice views (least from the room I was given). Although I had requested in my Booking form a room with a view to the Vancouver harbour I was told that my rate (259 $ a night!) didn't allow that. However, I spent a whole weekend there and there were not too many people. I think it would have been a nice detail.....

Everyone is wonderful. This time the young woman on the desk actually walked me to the alteration location after her shift so I could get the sleeves on my coat shortened...right away. It was over a good solid block away! I am grateful for that. Last time was our 45th wedding anniversary and the manager, Peter, got us our favourite room, wine, and treats and a card from everyone...it's the little things that touch your heart! This time we stayed in the best room of all 2110...with a balcony...wow...were we spoiled! We love the inclusive service for breakfast and evening treats and turn down, etc.. We have stayed 3 times. This time, upon check out, the young man on the desk asked if we wanted to join Delta Privilege. We had not heard of it and we will join. I am sorry the other two visits will not be credited to this new membership. We were not told about it before. This is not a huge negative...just an honest observation.

Excellent service and great location. Check in desk exceptionally friendly and helpful - Alison made useful suggestions on room choice, restaurants, tourist sights and transport. She helped us to accommodate early check in through a cost effective room upgrade. Room very comfortable and spacious. Hotel location great for easy access to tourist sights, restaurants and airport. Cant fault our stay - would definitely go back if ever in Vancouver.

I like the separate living room. Travelling with a friend with different schedules, we can get up and go to bed at our own times.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we were too busy to spend much time in our very comfortable bed. We would stay at the Delta Vancouver Suites again. Accessing the parking lot was not the easiest as it is not connected to the hotel.

I loved the hotel, location, services and comfort. Would definetly return to the hotel. I booked on the internet and found a special price which I couldn't resist. Was staying at another hotel the previous night and had to switch when I say what was offered.

It is a lovely hotel with nice bedding, good firm beds. I liked the warm cookies offered at arrival. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and most helpful. Daniel, who parked our van and brought up our luggage was exceptional. My husband is handicapped and we needed extra help with a walker, luggage, etc. and Daniel was very kind and considerate. The location is close to shopping but also fairly close to a less desirable part of the city. The parking fee is high as well as having to pay for internet.

The staff from the moment we pulled up were extremely professional and courteous. My boyfriend and I were both overwhelmed with how helpful the staff were, from food recommendations to offering us an umbrella and always opening doors. We definitely would stay here again.
