Delta Whistler Village Suites  

The location is excellent, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. It's nice to be able to walk to everything you want in the village. We had a Delta room, which was compact but had everything that we needed.

Our room was above Hy's Steakhouse, and athough the weather was hot we couldn't keep the window open as it became very noisy as the evenings went on.

Location is amazing. Room was well presented and nicely furnished.

WiFi should be free in the room

The staff especialy Jorje and Stewart are th best in the business. Great job!

excellent staff and location

We stayed here because we could not get into our usual Whistler location (Club Intrawest) because of late booking. The suite and adjoining extra room was perfect for my wife and I and our older son and his girlfriend. The only complaints are the extremely high price and the fact that the gondola is not an easy walk from the hotel. I assumed that it was much closer.

Location is good, price/rate is affordable with special rate offcourse, excellent staffs.

I prefer the hotel to have a free wi-fi in rooms like other establish hotels and also concerns on the pet that was allow in the hotel rooms. That cause some unwanted noise and heath concerns.

The staff are first rate especially Stewart and Mark. The rooms are well appointed and well equiped. Highly recommend this hotel for couple weekend!

Hot tub was not very hot!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Had to pay for Internet.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very large, very clean, comfortable, liked the environmental efforts from the hotel

Fitness area could be larger

I found the receptionist very helpful and friendly -Marilyn. The parking was great and the location easy especially as we only had one night. We normally stay at the coast as the kids love the breakfast and the tea machine. My only issue would be all the kids drinking at the pool when it clearly says no alcohol. Everyone was happy so it was not a problem but as the pool is not supervised this could lead to an accident and a lawsuit for the hotel possibly. The children did feel a little intimidated in the pool by the amount of people especially in the hot tub as they would sit for hours so you could not get in. We would stay again but this time I would clarify that we need one room with two single beds for the kids.

We were with friends when we visited Whistler and I was in charge of choosing the hotel. They all gave a thumbs up sign. We will all bring our kids next time and we will definitely stay in Delta Whistler Village Suite again.

friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds. a kitchen which we used for breakfast, a coffee maker with tea & coffee for us to use, a fridge for us to keep mllk & juice in, nice views from the windows, tv in the living room & bedroom to watch.a drier to dry our clothes after they got rain soaked, the fact that the shops were right outside the door, a fun pool & hot tub to relax in, good restaurants near- by & in the hotel We did not need to use a car. Everything was in a walkable distance We were made to feel at home, & even a little special

Staff, location, helpfulness

My booking was not in their system when I got there. I was very lucky that we had a room. Honestly, that would have really bothered me if the room I booked was not available in the future. I don't know who I should speak to about this, but it is important to know I was to particularly happy about it.
