Delta Whistler Village Suites    

Great location right in the village. The underground car park was really handy as well. The staff were all professional and friendly. We enjoyed lots of walks right from the village. Highly recommended.

The staff was superb - friendly, accommodating and interested. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The artwork was interesting and fit the location. The location in the middle of the village was great.

I liked the space and the location of the property.

I reserved on Booking.com and at the time the booking was done $476 was actually charged to my credit card. I was told this was just going to be an authorization, not a charge and it ended up being an actual charge. When we checked in to our room, we had booked a 2 bedroom suite and were very confused when we got to the room and it appeared to be a 1 bedroom suite. I didn't know about the adjoining room 1434 (I think) and was not told about it at the front desk so had to call them and figure it out. Not a great arrival. When we checked out, my friends and I split the payment on our credit cards (bill reference 699519207) and I was told the 476 would be credited back to my account and we each would be charged 176.88 on our visas after. To date nothing has appeared on my credit card nor on theirs and I am not happy with the responses I have got when I have phoned it to inquire. They just say, it will take some time and for me to call Visa. I cannot believe that the credit of 476 is going to take up to 30 days to be put on my card because I wasn't told I would be paying this up front initially. I would like this issue resolved right away if possible. My card credited and then the proper charges on the 3 cards done . Thank you,

Very nice pool and hot tub area at backyard. Own washing machine and a dryer in room was great!

We were impressed by the size of the rooms and by staff, reception and cleaning. Very approachable and friendly.

Needs updating/renovations

Stayed in the 2-bedroom suite, which is about +70 sq meters. Nice, clean, good size and facility that allowed us to cook and wash inside. There is a shuttle bus service to the Whistler/Blackcomb lift point, which is 10mins away on foot. Good value as compared with similar offering from the hotels in town

The hotel restaurant was closed. No breakfast/lunch/dinner inside the hotel. So we ordered room service for breakfast - and to our surprise, what had arrived was not a cooked breakfast, but the ingredients! What's the point, as we could have got the same from the supermarket for 1/4 the price!

excellent location, large, clean comfortable rooms, very nice pool and hot tub outside, super friendly service...the staff gave a our group a free ride with the shuttle bus to creekside for dinner.

I liked the promptness of the booking, I came in 3 hours early from check in , and the clerk bumped me up to a more luxurious room, very friendly staff, definitely stay at the delta again.

Our one-bedroom suite was ready when we arrived which was a plus. The staff's really friendly yet professional. Smiles and all. They seem like they genuinely love their job. They're easy to talk to at anytime of the day or night. The one-bedroom suite is fine for the two of us but I imagine it being cramped with more people. The simple decor however is pleasant and the kitchen well-appointed. There was even a stacked washer-dryer hidden in one of the closets, very convenient. Balcony faces a back courtyard. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the jacuzzi nor the pool during our stay.

One of the single beds which I happen to be sleeping on in our one-bedroom suite is too soft and the springs are worn, every single time I sit or move even slightly, the springs make this annoying noise. Also walls are thin, I can hear the people above when walking and flushing the toilet. I heard the "thump, thump, thump" from the Garfinkel's club somewhere below facing the main walking street but gladly it was faint. If it were louder, I would have asked for a different room.

Capeting in public hallways needs more focused maintenance. Sure it is heavily trafficed. It needs heavier maintenance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was quant, clean and quiet. The hot tub was hot!!!, Just how I like it, and the location was perfect for restaurants, skiing, shopping etc... The ski shop in the hotel had rental equipment that I was able to set up the evening before so they were ready to go in the morning, and there was a van to take us to and from the gondola. We will visit again in the summer and we'll choose to stay at the Delta again!

The location was fabulous and the staff extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in a suite and loved having the kitchen which was well stocked with a grocery store near by. We rented skis, and the Summit Ski shop was right in the lobby. It made it super easy.

For the price, the furnishings were slightly dated. But, everything was in great shape. It's a minor nit. We paid for the location and comfort. The accommodations were perfect for that.

The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a lovely place to stay and celebrate my husband's birthday.

I like the hot water and swimming pool, and the friendly and helpful staff. It is very convenient and close to the stores and the mountain.

We booked 2 rooms, but the air conditioning in both room were too loud. Sometimes we woke up because of the noise. But the staff was very resonsible and promised that he would have somebody check it.
