Delta Whistler Village Suites    

Location, easy walk to all village attractions.

Can be a bit noisy during celebration days. As a senior the bathtub/shower was a bit difficult to get in and out of and nothing to hold on to in the shower.

Suite with kitchen for a reasonable price

No king size beds???

We had no view... got a room looking into another room. :( Also, listened to the FREE preview of music and the system automatically purchased the service. $14.00 for two hours is ridiculous!!

Everything was great

The smell from previous occupier was still in the room - must have been cooking something smelly, I didnt like that smell - should have been more aired out.

Front Desk staff were amazing.Our King room was very very nice. Underground parking was pretty cool.

It was the best stay that I can remember. The kitchen had everything we needed to "cook in" which was more relaxing for us than eating out. The IGA was close by and so was the "wine" store.

Two bedroom unit, self contained. Walking distance to everything.

Whistler Village has it all, convenience, activities, shopping, restaurants, etc. We were there for the sport activities, hiking, ATV, horseback riding, etc. The location is great.

I was overcharged on the Booking.com room by the hotel and am now trying to get reimbursed for the error. It was a busy weekend and the desk staff seemed very frazzled and rushed through the check-in and check-out process.

Great location right in the village. The underground car park was really handy as well. The staff were all professional and friendly. We enjoyed lots of walks right from the village. Highly recommended.

The ease of check-in, secured entry, parkade located directly below, very pet-friendly, location, clean, welcoming (we love Stewart and his dedication to his job)...we really enjoyed everything about our stay.

The staff was superb - friendly, accommodating and interested. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The artwork was interesting and fit the location. The location in the middle of the village was great.

I liked the space and the location of the property.

I reserved on Booking.com and at the time the booking was done $476 was actually charged to my credit card. I was told this was just going to be an authorization, not a charge and it ended up being an actual charge. When we checked in to our room, we had booked a 2 bedroom suite and were very confused when we got to the room and it appeared to be a 1 bedroom suite. I didn't know about the adjoining room 1434 (I think) and was not told about it at the front desk so had to call them and figure it out. Not a great arrival. When we checked out, my friends and I split the payment on our credit cards (bill reference 699519207) and I was told the 476 would be credited back to my account and we each would be charged 176.88 on our visas after. To date nothing has appeared on my credit card nor on theirs and I am not happy with the responses I have got when I have phoned it to inquire. They just say, it will take some time and for me to call Visa. I cannot believe that the credit of 476 is going to take up to 30 days to be put on my card because I wasn't told I would be paying this up front initially. I would like this issue resolved right away if possible. My card credited and then the proper charges on the 3 cards done . Thank you,

Very nice pool and hot tub area at backyard. Own washing machine and a dryer in room was great!

We were impressed by the size of the rooms and by staff, reception and cleaning. Very approachable and friendly.

The room was right over a night club and I was not told about it. Would have requested another room if I had a chance. Did not get any sleep the 2 nights I stayed.

The first room I booked into smelled very bad, but Haley assisted and had me moved.
