the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. There was a booking error on the style of room that we requested. The one on line gave one price and the hotel had another in their system. They honor our online booking and provided us with the room that we requested. Very accommodating. the over powering smell of the auto air freshers around the halls, in elevators. Made me wonder what they were covering up? |

I liked the breakfast, the price, the bed. If you are only staying in the hotel to sleep, it is great! Did not like the lack of channels, the lack of mirrors, that is it. |

Its convenience and easy walking distance to the inner harbour and downtown areas. Its historical significance as one of the oldest buildings in bc and the smart and clean decor of the hotel. |

Room was nice and clean and it smelled like oranges. Yummy! No microwave or fridge but we found plenty of restaraunts in the area and the contenental breakfast was awsome. |

I loved the hotel -- We were given an upgrade to two one-bedroom suits, which were lovely and very comfortable. I was intrigued by the architecture of the hotel, built in 1876, and want to go back to Victoria and stay there |

I liked the remodelling that had been done, obviously much effort had been put into the lobby and restaurant. I found the room quite dark. With dark furniture and dark bed covering and a deep dark beige the room was depressing. I would also suggest that the blinds be dusted. When I tried to close them the dust flew all over. There was coffee left behind in the coffee maker, which makes one wonder if the room was really cleaned. A downstairs lounge would be nice to have as well. |

Good breakfast bar. Helpful staff. Not a bad point but clearly the hotel is undergoing an upgrade. This was to a high standard and the rooms awaiting work looked poor by comparison. Once all done it will be of an excellent standard throughout. |

Staff are awesome. Breakfast is awesome, too.I like also that they have Bible on their room. Nothing, but how I wish that instead of us guests read first their manual of getting information that they can provide something like toothpaste and toothbrush they put already those items in the rooms. Soap and shampoo are not bad but hopefully they change their type of shampoo and soap, they are not that very good, scent wise.An ordinary brand like 'colgate' will do . |

Su ubicaciòn. Esta muy centrico y a una distancia caminando de los lugares interesantes a visitar Es viejo y necesita mantenimiento urgente. La habitacion es muy pequeña y el baño esta deteriorado |
