Days Inn Edmonton Airport  

The convenience of being close to the airport for early morning flights. The breakfast .

Nothing. The place was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Beer cans in the stairwell remained even after I mentioned it to staff at the front desk Employees talking loudly to one another at 1130 pm, waking me. The breakfast area was disgusting.

Courteous, friendly, customer oriented front desk @ 1:40am check-in and 8:15am check-out. Clean, reasonably modern room with amenities.

Continental Restaurant a bit spartan. We are seasoned travellers. Waited too long for shuttle from airport to Inn @110am (4 calls)( which may not be directly connected to your business but does affect overall Leduc business for airline stopovers). Obviously not a lot of airlines at that time of nite. 8:25am shuttle to airport was 15 min - the way it should be; and we understand shuttles serve other hotels in area, and shuttle times can take longer. In terms of your discussions with airport overall it took 1 1/2 hours from Westjet landing to reach our room - too long.

I liked that the price was affordable for what was included ; breakfast, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a fan for white noise for sleeping. (very important and there is alot of flight traffic. These items should always be included in every room.Also liked the shuttle to the airport and complimentary parking for 7 nights while away. That made us very happy.

We only spent one night to stay over for a flight so...no there long enough to notice anything wrong.

I got woken up way before check out time and the employees their don't speak English. We're in Canada English or French is our nationality not Chinese

Close proximity to airport. Restaurant in hotel. Friendly staff.

The hotel staff wear very freindly and the room was spotless everyone wear very helpfull and went out of there way to help in any way they could. Hotel is in a greath location central in the town .would deffo reviset this hotel . They also had a free bus to the airport .

the room was nice,and the food in the lounge was very good. It was nice to have shuttle service.

Cheapest. Competent night clerk.

Shuttle service: confusing, long delay between fully loaded vans, cold miserable wait.

Location to the airport and the Ned was very comfortable

Within a twenty minute drive of Edmonton and a further 20-25 minutes to Elk Island Park it also has a short drive away the excellent Devonian Gardens. Well worth a visit. Its only a few hours through Edmonton to the Rockies .Try the rest

The room was very nice. Roomy - excellent bathroom facilities

The grounds keeping was horrible. In one of the patio areas there was broken glass. The grounds were terrribly maintained. Dead flowers...grass not cut. The outside was very bad but the hotel itself was very good. Room service was great.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room

I asked the clerk clearly for a 5:30 airport shuttle but she scheduled it for 5.

I would have liked a better selection for the continental breakfast. ie. some variety in the bread choice, some fruit choice and perhaps something like scrambeled eggs and ham.

The room was comfortable.The food was excellent.The Bar was fun and not too expensive.

Convenient location for airport. Good price.

The room was 22 degrees, far warmer than I like, even though the thermostat was set much lower. The discomfort was made worse by the fact that the only bed covering was a down quilt. It would have been nice to have the option of a lighter blanket.

Airport shuttle was on time and runs fairly frequently (every 30 minutes when we were there). Staff were great.

Breakfast was included in price, but they don't start serving until ~0600, which was too late for our early departure to the airport. It would be nice if they had some bagels or a basket of fruit that early risers could choose from.

J'ai trouvé que le personnel de réception ne semblait pas heureux d'être où ils étaient.

Le lit et la litterie ont été remis à neuf et les taps récemment changés. Hôtel propre et confortable - franchement une belle surprise car on ne s'attendait pas à ça... L'Internet sans fil gratuit était très apprécié et le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien.

Le petit-déjeuner inclu dans le tarif est très pauvre... manque de diversité et de fruits!

Comfortable, clean and accommodating staff

The continental breakfast was sparse and poorly set up, the fact that you can't buy breakfast of your choice till after 7 am
