everything that i needed was there.. bed was beautiful.
Staff and location were great!
More options at Breakfast would have been nice.
Ac unit could use a cleanup.
Check in was a breeze and room was clean and spacious.
Pool was cold. Much colder then last time I stayed here my kids lips turned blue after 5 mins and there was a party going on in the hot tub with 7 others guests and they're booze bucket so we couldn't use it to warm up :(
Excellent customer service.
No microwave in the kitchen area so was unable to warm up my muffins in the morning. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes before worker arrived with muffins.
The room was good, the pool was nice as well.
There was a kidds hockey team playing in the hallway, I was ttold at the front desk that my room was upgraded but it was exactly what I booked online.
The location was great and so were the staff. Unfortunately, there was a big hockey tournament on the week-end we were there, so a little noisy.
Nice room, great breakfast.
Several teams were staying there and it was quite loud and disruptive into the wee hours of the morning.
Breakfast was a good variety, couldn't eat there too many people in the breakfast room, a good sign, the staff was friendly.
The room was very dusty, especially the lamps when you turned them on you could see thick dust. If someone was allergic. I didn't like the mattress covers on the bed they didn't hid the matress and I don't believe they are santitary. Also, there was no duvet cover on my duvet it was just a white duvet. I think that is very unsanitary.
The room was spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
Everything was good.
I booked thinking I was close to all the places we had planned on shopping. I did not know that Bryne off of Maplewiew was a dead end. It would have help that their ads would indicate entrance off of Essa .If iI would have known I would have booked somewhere else. Where we were made more traveling and more inconvenience.
Relaxing Jacuzz, helpful and friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.
A few minor repairs were needed in public areas and the parking lot was not salted.
The price per night at a discounted rate was fair. The free continental breakfast was a bonus.
Noise from the room above seemed to resonate in my room and my fully clogged tub/shower.
This hotel is easy to locate. It is in a very good area for mall shopping. Very nice breakfast. Excellent beds. Newspapers and indoor pool available. Not overpriced.
Very snowy parking lot when we arrived but all cleaned up when we left. Not near the hospital but and easy express ride to get there.
Easy location just off 400, friendly staff, attractive facilities, very comfortable room, relaxing pool/whirlpool after 9 hours of driving, and good room rate. Would stay again.
Excellent staff, always accommodating and friendly. The rooms have always been immaculate and we have never had an issue will noise. We make a point to stay at the Days Inn Barrie when we travel anywhere in the GTA.
Quiet, comfy bead.
Common areas could be cleaner (elevator, hallways)
smoke smell breakfast a bit light, needs more fresh fruit and hot items
Good breakfast, quiet location, comfortable beds.
Hard to find because it's on a street that is spit up. Bryne Street has 2 sections that are completely split from each other. There's a north Bryne Street and a south Bryne Street (but they're not named as such). If you're on the south Bryne you'll never find the hotel.
I loved the beds. they are so comfortable. In the morning I had a keurig in my room as I got ready...Just like home. Loved it and I will definitely stay there again.
During then stay the staff where very quick to minimize loud children running down the halls. The homemade cookies made me feel more at home during my stay.I would return.
Up grade needed on the pool/gym area. The gym was closed during my week stay.
Reasonably priced Good location
Gym out of service with no offer of reduced rate
The price was right, the bed was very comfortable , excellent location , good breakfast.
They could change up the breakfast once in a while.
comfy bed, clean bathroom
noise ( we could hear the next room TV, and noise in their room at 4 am!!!)
Value for money without compromise. Welcome by the reception staff and helpfulness in suggesting places to eat and giving us directions. Luggage trolley to take suitcases up and from the bedrooms. Ice machines in the corridor
