The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub was also great
Cable TV was horrible.
We always stay at the days inn when travelling down south as it always has clean, comfortable and great value accommodations. Highly recommended!!
We have no complaints about this hotel.
Wifi poor signal
Fast friendly check it
Took a while for room temperature to adjust to a comfortable level
My husband was itchy in the morning and my brother they thought there were bed bugs
Coffee machine did not work
They turned the heat on for me sue to an early morning arrival, last minute decision to stop in, missing a few personal items, they had everything, and complimentary to boot.
Hot tab was nice, breakfast decent, good coffee. staff is very nice.
The smell in the room was really bad, we requested a non smoking but it smelled of cigarettes really bad. Pool was very cold.
Good service and location.
All was good, I will be back for sure.
We stayed over New Years and it was quiet so we could sleep and go skiing the next morning. The breakfast gave us enough choices although it wasn't cooked. Parking close to the entrance made travel with ski boots etc easy. We liked the family friendly atmosphere.
It would be nice to have some more drinks and snacks in the house to purchase.
the bed was the ONLY thing we liked at this establishment
we specified a NON smoking room yet we were on a smoking floor... My girlfriend has SEVERE asthma and we could smell smoke in our room which led to her having choking spells and asthma attacks. Also this website promised that for the price we paid we would be getting the upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub... we DID NOT get this in our room. We arrive close to midnight and after lugging all of our luggage up to the 3rd floor I didn't feel like complaining when we were tired and miserable. The next day when I explained the SEVERAL things wrong with the room I was expecting to receive some money back but all they gave me was a coupon for the next time I stay there. AS IF THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME.
This was my first trip traveling alone. I felt very safe, comfortable staying here. The staff were great! The hotel was centrally located so I could shop easily. Upon my return to the hotel the parking lot was well lit and safe to park alone at night.
continental breakfast was great! Friendly staff and very clean facility. PET FRIENDLY WITHOUT SIZE RESTRICTIONS WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!
WiFi not strong enough to watch netflix (but was okay for browsing the web!)
everything that i needed was there.. bed was beautiful.
Staff and location were great!
More options at Breakfast would have been nice.
Ac unit could use a cleanup.
Check in was a breeze and room was clean and spacious.
Pool was cold. Much colder then last time I stayed here my kids lips turned blue after 5 mins and there was a party going on in the hot tub with 7 others guests and they're booze bucket so we couldn't use it to warm up :(
Excellent customer service.
No microwave in the kitchen area so was unable to warm up my muffins in the morning. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes before worker arrived with muffins.
The room was good, the pool was nice as well.
There was a kidds hockey team playing in the hallway, I was ttold at the front desk that my room was upgraded but it was exactly what I booked online.
The location was great and so were the staff. Unfortunately, there was a big hockey tournament on the week-end we were there, so a little noisy.
Nice room, great breakfast.
Several teams were staying there and it was quite loud and disruptive into the wee hours of the morning.
Breakfast was a good variety, couldn't eat there too many people in the breakfast room, a good sign, the staff was friendly.
The room was very dusty, especially the lamps when you turned them on you could see thick dust. If someone was allergic. I didn't like the mattress covers on the bed they didn't hid the matress and I don't believe they are santitary. Also, there was no duvet cover on my duvet it was just a white duvet. I think that is very unsanitary.
The room was spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
Everything was good.
I booked thinking I was close to all the places we had planned on shopping. I did not know that Bryne off of Maplewiew was a dead end. It would have help that their ads would indicate entrance off of Essa .If iI would have known I would have booked somewhere else. Where we were made more traveling and more inconvenience.
