Good location, close to mall, and c-train and right beside a Tim hortans. Staff were helpful finding places.
Beds were a tad hard
Don't like the blanket, it's not comfortable to use.
Room was cold and no heating..
Good value, clean rooms, good location, and close proximity to the train station.
The staff responsible for the continental breakfast were helpful and friendly
partying happening in the next room made for no sleep. Staff did address the issue after we told them about it twice. Arguing in the hallway, slamming of doors on the 4th floor until 5am and no staff member saw or heard anything.!?? Who is monitoring the security cameras?? Alcohol bottle in the hallway. Will not stay here again.
I like the room was spacious lots of room clean av was on room was not hot
We got into the room and it smelt moldy we had to print our work orders in the buesnes lounge and the printer does not work went to the front desk and that said it was broken the manager was not their to help
The location was convenient to our agenda for the weekend. The beds were clean. The fellow who checked us out was very nice.
The elevator was broken as a disabled person that was very difficult. The room was shabby. Fabrics were worn through on the furniture. The tv didn't work. It took a good 10 minutes to get hot water to run. The carpets were stained. The plug on the bathroom sink broke and could not be drained until I crawled under it to fix it. The extra pillows I requested when I booked the room were not provided. Shabby is the word I would use to describe your hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find. The one restaurant that was open had friendly staff and good food and service.
Parking lot under construction and hard to access . Listed a place to eat in the hotel information that had been closed down.
Good bed, decent location.
The elevator was out of commission, we had cigarette smoke from another room coming in through our bathroom vent and there are very limited restaurant facilities. Overall poor valve for money.
Staff very helpful
Staff were friendly, beds were good quality, rooms were a good size for a good price.
Throughout our stay we needed to use the business centre but the computers didn't work, printer didn't work, also the elevator didn't work for most of the stay and the dryer in the laundry didn't work either!
Friendly and helpful staff Good restaurants and close to down-town Comfortable and spacious suite room Great pool and hot tub Very welcoming front foyer Love that the Days Inn is pet friendly
The hotel was full during our week stay, but it was relatively quiet. The breakfast bar was good, but due to all the sport teams staying at the hotel, we didn't get to it often (very long line-ups). On day three of our stay, our room was not made up for some reason. This was disappointing after a long day dealing with our home builder and lawyer. The heater in our room did not work well and had to ask front desk staff to assist. He was a very friendly fellow and happy to help, but due to the high volume of customers (sport teams again), he forgot about us. Frozen to the bone, I had to go to the front desk to remind him. He was apologetic, and helped us right away. He was able to troubleshoot the problem heater and all was well for the rest of our stay. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant room service. The beds were fairly comfortable and the size of the suite was perfect for our family of four. The bathroom however was far too small and hard to move in. It seems to be in need of a renovation and expansion. I had asked for four towels as initially there were only three. We never received a fourth towel for the whole week from housekeeping. We did ask. I just wanted to mention as well, I did notice the heater casing was rather dirty and needed a good cleaning. Not a big deal, but to some this may be upsetting. I am aware that the Days Inn is undergoing construction on their parking lot and improvements are fantastic. The problem I had was an extremely full hotel and no available parking on two nights during our stay. One night I found parking elsewhere. The second night, I was forced to park underneath as I found one solitary spot. I had a difficult time getting my vehicle into the spot due to large cement pillars and large construction company trucks taking up more than their space. I ended up breaking my driver's side mirror after several tries. I did get into the space finally, but was furious!!
Staff. Reasonable price.
Slow elevator. Location of stairs difficult to find.
Not liked it at all. Just a waste of money
everything. Not at per with respect to the cost.
Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable.
sink in bathroom was partially plugged, light above chair did not work, breakfast is awful, but fortunately there is a Tims and a McD's a few steps away. The below ground parking is poorly lit and backs onto an alley, did not feel safe for my vehicle.
The manager of the restraunt was so rude I couldn't believe it. After having a bad day I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. I thought it would be nice to have a drink and relax, my husband and I walked in and the manager behind the bar snapped at us and said what do want abruptly. My husband said nothing and we walked out. We went to front desk and complained and the front desk took my husband to the restraunt the manager denied it and had a pizza in his hands and put it under my boyfriend nose and smell that, it even taste better and walked away. I couldn't believe how he didn't care. I work at hotel in crowsnest pass I treat my customers with even more respect after experiencing what I experienced at days inn.
Staff were helpful
It is in quite an isolated location and you really need cabs to get around.
Room was clean and nicely decorated. Foyer was nice. Nice to have a small store at entrance.
Elevator wasn't working for 2 days, Took a long time to get hot water for shower. Bathtub was plugged. Deadbolt didn't work. Stairwells dingy and dirty.
upon late arrivals the staff was amazing and helpful. They were the only members of the hotel I was impressed with
Very disappointed with the quality, the variety, and quantity of the breakfast I've been in a lower rates hotel and received better variety and quality. Eg freshness
Hotel is close to c train station to access stampede grounds in a few min. Our room was in a section that had no elevator and was maybe an older section of hotel? Room was ok, nothing fancy but get what you pay for.
Fairly clean Person on our check out was wonderful
Parking sucked When we had to park at the back, it is a very long walk around to get back in because the lower door doesn't open The fellow at thr restaraunt was terrible terrible terrible! The younger fellow there in the evening was fine, but the older guy was aweful! The staff on check in were more interested than chatting than checking us in When we were checked in the guy left and went to the back half way through our check in to laugh and chat befor giving us our keys Won't be staying here again
Breakfast - hot/cold and lots of it. Room - clean, quiet. Staff - polite, fast, professional. Pool - clean big Location - close to Chinook Mall, Stampede grounds, lots of food choices and Tim's.
Bed - small queens.
Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.
The onsite Italian restaurant was not very good for dinner. Location did not have too many other dinner options if without a car. No airport shuttle.
Not very clean.Beds were not comfortable. Needs updating
